King master bedroom with en suite bedroom. 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds and third bedroom has two Twin beds. Living room sofa pulls out if needed (you will need to slide it back to pullout). Gourmet kitchen. Spacious dining area. Private laundry. 2.5 updated bathrooms are in the house. All furnishings and linens are brand new and high end designer items. The home accommodates 6 adults and up to 2 extra kids or teens under 18.

I absolutely loved staying in this home! It was decorated beautifully, located on a nice quiet street, and we were able to walk anywhere we wanted! Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Savannah!

Nicest vacation home I’ve ever stayed in! The home was even nicer in person than in the photos. I stayed with some girlfriends for a lowkey bachelorette trip and the space was perfect. Updated, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Beds were super comfy as well and the location was perfect - walking distance to the downtown area without being directly in the center of all the noise and crowds. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Everything was very nice. Be aware that it is a full flight of stairs going into the home and another flight up the stairs to bedrooms…difficult with luggage. The home was beautiful and clean.

Absolutely beautiful townhome in a great location. We walked everywhere and the location was safe and convenient. Every detail considered from quality linens to kitchen appliances and gadgets. Would stay again/recommend without hesitation.

The house is in a good location for walking to and from River street and other neighborhood restaurants. The rooms were nice and spacious, kitchen was wonderful.

This was my first VRBO experience and I am overjoyed by the entire experience. I'm so grateful for our host. They were amazing at communicating with us even with the unexpected issue of the ice storm and the concern about flight delays. This home was absolutely gorgeous! The amenities and the decor were outstanding.

Perfect location. Neat, clean, comfortable, All the amenities we needed & more. Clear communication & no issue to address. We did not have a car & did not need one - we walked everywhere. We did not cook but enjoyed eating in with food from area restaurants.

Location is about a half mile from the action which was nice in the evenings if you didn't want the noise of the nightlife. It was close enough to walk most places if you're able bodied.

Stay was perfect!

We could not have asked for a better home to stay in during our time in Savannah. Host was wonderful, accommodating, and incredibly gracious with us. We are thankful, and would definitely come back!

Decent stay for one night on our road trip, but I would have been very disappointed to stay here for multiple nights.The property itself was pretty nice, but there were several issues. There appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceilings, potentially black mold, which was concerning. Parking was an absolute nightmare. I had to move my car twice and still ended up receiving a 50 parking ticket. The host was also very unresponsive, ignoring two of the three messages I sent. The only message they responded to was my request for a late checkout, which was succinctly declined.The house rules also felt overly strict and, in some cases, unreasonable. For example, guests were asked to leave the thermostat at 78 degrees, which is difficult to understand in the middle of August.Overall, it worked for a one-night stop, but I wouldn’t revisit or recommend for a multi-night stay.

Our checkout procedure asks guests to leave the thermostat on Auto Cool 78 **when they checkout** it does not say to leave it set that way at all times. The street sweep signs are posted and nobody who stays one night would actually need to move twice. Each side of each street has a once per week sweep night, on different nights of the week so that there is always somewhere to park. We are sorry this guest must have read the sign wrong if he still received a citation after moving. If you leave your car parked in the way of the sweeper during the posted once per week sweep time that is the result. We checked our communication with this guest and there were zero unanswered questions. We are sorry that late checkout was not available. The house had a small leak above one bathroom that caused a mildew spot on the ceiling but is not anything harmful and is being addressed for future guests. The communication from this guest stated that they had a great stay and loved the house. So we are very sorry to see this poor review.
