Unbeatable Location: Located on iconic Jones Street—voted “America’s Prettiest Street” by Southern Living Magazine—this home sits directly across from Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room and is just steps from Savannah’s most beloved landmarks, including the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, the Mercer-Williams House, and the Sorrell-Weed House. You’ll be surrounded by the city’s rich architectural history and southern charm.

Classic Traditional Interiors: The elegant formal parlor welcomes guests with timeless French-inspired décor—refined yet relaxed, ideal for gathering with close friends and family. Just beyond, the dining room and kitchen open onto a lovely private porch that overlooks the shared courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Each bedroom offers stunning views of historic Savannah, with natural light pouring in throughout the day. The Primary Suite is a spacious retreat with a King bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a generous closet. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and wall-to-wall windows overlooking charming Jones Street—complete with blinds for evening privacy. Lastly, the third bedroom is an Inviting room, with another queen bed in a bright, cheerful space. These second and third bedroom can utilize the second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, across the apartment for added privacy.

We were central to everything we needed and only rarely had to use the car to get around. Not to mention, the street itself was beautiful and serene including the cobblestone road and surrounding architecture. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful and the host was great! The kitchen had every amenity, including a variety of teas and coffee. It was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did have a plumbing issue but we were able to manage. Very communicative prior to our arrival and through out our stay. Great location - could easily walk everywhere!

6 of us stayed for 4 nights over Good Friday wknd in this lovely apartment. Everything was amazing. It’s charming, clean and perfectly located on the beautiful Jones street. It is walking distance to the historic district/riverside & very close to the Forsyth park. The apartment itself has everything one needs. Although the flow of the apartment is unusual, 6 people (3 couples) can fit easily. We recommend this apartment and will come back.
