Perfect Place!

The house was very comfortable for my woman and daughter while I was here for work and Lynn made sure everything was okay throughout the stay.

Love this property

We have stayed here a couple times now. It is a beautiful home, well equipped and in a beautiful neighborhood and a great host! I highly recommend!

Great place - right on the river. Wonderful location

We had an excellent Thanksgiving stay in this quaint home right on the Mississippi river. The location couldn't have been better for us. The number of bedrooms, supplies in the kitchen, and activities for the kids inside the house were wonderful. Highly recommend this for any short or long journey to Iowa for a family or couples.

We were blessed with beautiful weather so spent most of our time out on the deck which we enjoyed immensely. We were so happy to find a home in an established neighborhood that reminded is so much of our childhood home. A perfect setting to honor our late sister and strengthen our family ties while we said goodbye to her.

Weekend get away

We came up to meet my son from Chicago. We loved being able to visit all the area had to offer and return to the house and spend quality family time together with my son. Loved everything!

The house is exactly as pictured, very cute inside. Very clean also. Nice quiet safe neighborhood (it seemed!) Check-in was explained well and very easy. Host was accommodating for pets as well. Prompt communication for any needs.

Perfection!

Wonderful home in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home is well stocked, and well cared for and the owner could not have been nicer. Very responsive!

Beautiful property and neighborhood

Our family was visiting from out of state for a family wedding. We loved this beautiful home which is in such a fun neighborhood! Our host, Lynn, has thought of so many little details to make her guests feel right at home. We especially loved the outside patio and beautiful garden surroundings. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Davenport!

Lovely Retreat in Davenport

Our visit to Davenport was for the Bix Seven run and a family reunion. The home was lovely and attention to detail was perfect. The location was ideal for us as we have family who live nearby and could walk there. The space was more than enough for 4 adults and two fur babies. Our dogs loved it too! Very comfortable and very affordable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great family getaway

Cute house in quiet neighborhood. Close walk to shops and dining. A nice park down the street. Channel cat dock close too. Great location for exploring the quad cities. House is well stocked with everything you need. Host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect Quad Cities Home Base.

Really couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. We stayed here with extended family and it was a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and brewpub. The house had everything we needed to cook at home, including a couple of small grills. Bathrooms were fully stocked with high end shampoos, soaps, etc. We didn’t watch any TV, but there was a smart TV with all of the streaming channels. Check in out was easy as can be and Lynn was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Family trip

This house was perfect for our family and dog. Plenty of room for all of us and every thing was at our fingertips. We felt right at home especially with all the extra touches. Beautiful location, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very quiet historical neighborhood, we will definitely stay again!!
