Great location to everything. We were in town for a basketball tourn and our boys loved the air hockey game, and the outdoor firepit area was a plus. Only thing that would have been better would have been to have a basketball hoop outside for some of our down time. Would book again! Host was great!

We visited Bettendorf to spend time with our daughter while she is working there this summer. The property was conveniently located close to everything—the interstate, restaurants, shopping, walking trails and most importantly, our daughter!The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated having access to the washer and dryer during our stay.The property is pet-friendly, so there was a slight odor when we arrived, but it was not overwhelming. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great house, spacious layout, clean and comfortable. Back yard needs some TLC but house was great otherwise. Excellent location right on beautiful Duck Creek walking path.

We loved this place! Lot's of room for everyone and it was very clean. Communication was great. Check in was easy. It is as advertised and it is close to just about everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking! 5 Stars!

We were in town for a funeral and it was nice to come back to the house with its spacious and peaceful rooms. The beds are comfortable. We appreciated the use of the attached garage.

Beautiful, comfortable home! Several nice sitting areas, great kitchen, nice outdoor seating although it was too cold to use it. Easy to get to and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

It was a nice house, not far from the interstate, which made it very accessible to anything you want to do in the Quad cities. Very comfortable living rooms for sitting around and chatting, well stocked kitchen. Three good size bedrooms, the beds and pillows could use some updating, as they were a a bit old and uncomfortable.

Nice location-walking/bike path right across the street. Host is very accommodating. Nice use of overall space-ample sitting areas. I would recommend if visiting Bettendorf.
