We are located in the heart of Downtown Laurel, on the picturesque tree lined Euclid Ave. You’ll enjoy our newly renovated 800 square foot upstairs apartment located behind the main house. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action of Downtown Laurel and HGTV's Home Town. Come stay with us and experience some true southern hospitality.

The space
Enjoy the charming vintage decor and original oak hardwood floors. You will rest easy in a king size bed with a brand-new Nectar mattress. There is a large television with Xfinity Cable, Free WiFi, and even a vintage Atari Game system for your use. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience. We even have some games, cards and puzzles for you during your down time. You will also enjoy our complimentary Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate station.

There is a one vehicle parking space located directly on the side of the building off the alley behind the main house. If you will be needing a second parking space, let us know ahead of time and we can make those arrangements for you.

This property itself is very nice, a cute upstairs apartment. The neighborhood overall is fine, in the "historic district', fun to walk around and see the homes. The alley behind the property, and also one home behind this property, are rather unkempt/messy; I understand that this isn't something the hostess can really remedy. It feels to be a safe neighborhood and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Brief walk, just a few blocks, into downtown for dining and shopping.

Cozy Apartment

Cozy apartment description is very accurate. It is exactly that. The apartment was very cozy and cute. It is a great location if you plan on spending time in downtown Laurel on a great street literally within a couple of minutes of downtown. We only spent a couple of nights but i enjoyed the amenities, they had a great coffee selection and plenty of games and reading material available along with information of things to see and do in Laurel.

Laurel or Bust!

I had a wonderful experience in Laurel from my check in to my VRBO, which was exactly as stated. Clean, lovely, great bed and all the special amenities that make a stay extraordinary. The host provided loads of information about tours, restaurants and shopping which made it super easy to plan out my stay!

Cozy cottage

It’s a very comfortable, relaxing, apartment. Large closet, very nice large, comfortable bed. Close to the main area of interest with lots of dining and shopping options. Lots of history to absorb and lovely old homes to view and appreciate.

Wonderful stay here. House was warm, inviting meticulously clean, and well appointed. We really felt “at home” in our one night stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the BEST experience. Host was very gracious. We did not need or want for a thing. Our host checked ALL the boxes. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, quaint and ADORABLE. Well lit. The most comfortable bed. Very close to everything in town as well.

Fantastic property close to town. We had a great stopover on our way to New Orleans. Very clean and a very comfy bed. Our pups loved the beautiful park across the street. I would definitely stay again.

Second visit as nice as the first.

This property is so cozy, with all the comforts of home. The king size bed is so comfortable and the little touches of snacks, teas, coffees available add to the comfort. The detailed information provided in a binder about the accommodations, things to see, places to eat along with menus was so helpful.

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay in Cozy Cottage on our weekend trip. The home was very clean and neat. The decor is warm and cozy. It is very conveniently located to the downtown area.

Fantastic cottage!

The decor is awesome. It was perfect. So cute. If I didn’t want to see the town I would have stayed in the cottage and read a book. I highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Great little place for a get-away

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to Downtown Laurel. The neighborhood is quiet and the A/C was greatly appreciated!

Great place to stay in heart of Laurel

We loved it!! Great location!! Adorable little apartment. Perfectly decorated! Very comfortable! Great bed and pillows. Wish the instructions had told us to go on 5th ave and go around to the alley in back to get to building behind the house. But we figured it out but felt bad having to know on front door.

Mother/daughter road trip

Cozy is the exact word to describe the apartment. Restful night sleep. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the appliances in the kitchen! So quaint! We will come back and stay here soon.

Comfortable cottage in beautiful neighbourhood

Comfortable cottage with good A/C and amenities. Light and bright with plenty of space. 15 minute walk to downtown through the premier streets in Laurel and their beautiful homes.
