Beach front property at Pineview reservoir.

The view and location of this house cannot be beat.
The lake offers outstanding opportunities for boating, fishing and other water sports.
Access to 3 ski resorts is just 10 min away.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which work great for 2 or 3 families. There is a large living room upstairs and a game room downstairs. The kitchen and dinning room are perfect for a large group. The outdoor living space was designed for large groups of people.

Large dinning table, comfy couches, porch with a view, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball court, washer and dryer, pool table.

Access is amazing to the following recreation sites:
Pineview Reservoir (House is across the street from the lake)

Peaceful place

Well equipped home; very comfortable. Beautiful setting. You need a car if you want to go places. Easy drive to snowbasin.

Great Stay

I think this is our 5th visit to the Lake House and again all was perfect. Love the proximity to Snowbasin. Will be back next year

3rd Stellar Stay at the Lakehouse

My brother, his son, my son and two other friends have been coming to ski at Snowbasin for close to 15 years. We have stayed at many places in the Huntsville/Eden Valley area over the years, but the Lakehouse is by far the best - and the place we will continue to stay each year. Everything is 1st class. All 4 BRs have attached baths, spacious main area & great kitchen. Upstairs TV room is excellent. The extra large hot tub easily handles our 6 adults - and there’s the TV on the porch - we sit in the hot tub after skiing and watch the college BB playoffs! Did I mention there’s a wraparound porch that overlooks the lake? There’s a great backyard with a BB/pickle ball court and large covered patio with grills. If you like Pool or foozball - that’s downstairs! This would be a great place to stay any time of year to enjoy the area. Finally - we can’t say enough about Troy - super responsive to questions and requests we had - he really helped make our stay even better than we could have hoped.

Great house!

My family and I had a wonderful visit at the house. It’s everything that is described in the description. The location is convenient, and the scenery is beautiful. We’d be happy to rent it many times over!

Comfortable

Our family travels frequently, one of my adult children said that this was the best place we have ever stayed. The house is well laid out for privacy. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The property manager got back right away if we had questions. We highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

Great property / great stay for a four day ski trip. Very comfortable / quiet location. Would also be spectacular in the summer I would think. Bigger than some of the photos look. "Dang you Troy" (said in a fun but jealous way) became a bit of an inside joke as we just kept identifying really cool things about this property (huge porch, hot tub and outdoor TV, basketball / pickleball court, covered grilling / picnic area, fire pit, pool table, great views, large garage, etc.)

Very Nice, Clean and Comfortable

We had a nice 3 day ski trip to Snowbasin. The home is well appointed, very comfortable and has great views! It was perfect for our trip. The host made everything very simple, and we had no worries.

Perfect Spot for Visiting 2 Ski Resorts

My family of four stayed for 5 nights in this lovely house. Check-In and Check-out was super easy! Very convenient location: just a short drive to Powder Mtn and Snowbasin Resort. Also very close to a fully stocked grocery store (Valley Market), great pizza joint (Ogden Valley Pizza) & restaurant/bar (Bower Lodge). Troy, the host was very quick to respond to our email and help us. The multi leveled home was perfect for my teens who needed their own space when there was downtime. Heating worked well and was very quiet. The home had a stunning view of the Pineview Reservoir and we even got to walk on top of the frozen reservoir. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Our large family was super comfortable in this well laid out home with large bedrooms with plenty of beds and en suite bathrooms. There was more than enough to do at the property with the pickle all court, hot tub, porch seating, fire pit and large field. The whole family really enjoyed what this property has to offer which included unbeatable views of the lake and sunsets. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive and the property was well stocked. We definitely want to return!

Back for a Second Stay

We love this house and it’s proximity to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. The bedrooms are perfect for multiple families and the house is clean and stocked for cooking for a large group. We have stayed here twice now and I have recommended it to others who reported back that they enjoyed it just as much. Thanks again for sharing your home!

Fantastic Location, Property and Host

This is an incredible property, you will not be disappointed. Fully equipped with games, a stocked kitchen, a hot tub with nearby TV, a pool table, and many other amenities. Troy was very responsive and the listing was exactly as advertised. I had 11 grad school friends out from Indiana to experience northern Utah and this property wowed us all. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Family Ski Trip

This property is everything we could have ever hoped for in a rental. It is so close to 3 different mountains, which was excellent for dropping kids and adults off and picking them up later on when they were done skiing. The home is well equipped with everything you will need. The decor and bedding were 5-star quality. The owners seriously thought of everything to make this home comfortable & beautiful. Property owners were responsive and kind. We would love to come back next season!

Beautiful Home!

A perfect home that seemed fairly newly finished. We enjoyed 3 days skiing at Snowbasin! My kids LOVED the hot tub after skiing. We had lots of deer come visit the property during our stay, which was really fun for the kids. Nice beds, linens, kitchen appliances/tools, and plenty of space to gather in!

Exceeded our expectations!

This house was amazing in every way. Travelling with children halfway across the country is stressful, and this house was well stocked with all of the little things you need to make your vacation more relaxing - plenty of towels, soap, detergent, blankets, games, cleaning supplies (so nice to have a vacuum since we had little kids crawling around). The beds were incredibly comfortable, the hot tub was ready when we arrived, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Thank you for offering up your beautiful home - it made our first trip to Snowbasin all we hoped it would be and more!

Perfect lake house getaway

The house and location were spectacular. Just minutes away from world class ski resorts and across the street from a beautiful lake. Our kids were ready to move up there!
