A huge headache!!
The property was nice and in a great location but we had nothing but problems with the property manager or “LACK” of one.
When we checked in it was about 25 degrees out and the fireplace didnt work we reached out to property manager and was told someone would contact us thats local to fix the issue l, on the second day still no Response we reached back out and was assured someone will contact us, on the third day still no response we reached out again and told the same thing. We checked out and still no on reached out to us. The houses alternate heating was barley string enough to keep up with the cold temperatures . No one from management cared at all about our issues we felt abondended and alone. If you rent this property be aware that if you have any issues they will not be resolved.
Also there was a lady bug infestation they were all over the ceiling, windows and in the stove we had to sweep up about 10-15 dead bugs every morning.
We wouldnt rent a house from this property manager again the lack of care and concern for there paying guest is just a slap in the face to the renters its not worth the headache
