Clean and updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Seasons at Attitash. Located on Route 302 in Bartlett just 3 miles from the base of Attitash Ski Mountain. The perfect location for year round recreation and leisure activities. We are located a convenient 5 minutes from Storyland and a short 15 minute drive to downtown North Conway, the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. During winter we are less than a 30 minute drive to Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black, Attitash, Cranmore and King Pine. Less than a 10 minute drive to cross country skiing and snowmobiling. During summer months we are 15 minutes away from Cranmore's Adventure Park! You may also want to relax on the property with our on-site amenities including indoor swimming, jacuzzi, outdoor tennis courts, a softball field, fishing, playground and basketball. Kids will enjoy the game room located at the clubhouse. Our condo: Enjoy 2 good sized bedrooms (master/king, guest/2 full), 2 full baths and a fully equipped unit including washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home. Specifics: Kitchen seats 6, 55 inch wall mounted smart TV in living room, easy and convenient electric fireplace for ambiance. Master bedroom has wall mounted flat screen. Two full bathrooms, 1 located directly off the master for privacy. We are a ground floor unit with direct access from master bedroom and living room to a grassy yard. Great for playing ball in the summer or sledding in the winter. Our back porch has a table and patio chairs to enjoy those warm summer nights. Unit is equipped with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, dishes and place setting for 6, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, toaster and keurig (you supply the K-cups). We also have a coffee pot in the cabinet if you prefer brewed coffee. We also have a blowdryer, washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. Property Amenities: indoor pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, changing rooms, game room, pool tables, ping pong tables, video games, free wi-fi, playground, sun deck, tennis courts, wiffle ball field, basketball and on-site grills. Our condo is perfect for families, and couples.

Great condo

Great condo. Entire space was spotless and had well equipped kitchen. There’s even a crock pot provided. Love that you could set up dinner in there in the morning and hit the slopes knowing there would be something tasty waiting for you. Communication with the owner via VRBO was easy. Highly recommended.

Girls shopping

Wait a lovely condo, clean and tidy, and all the amenities necessary for a relaxing weekend. Close enough to the outlets, yet far enough away to not be bothered by traffic or noise. Our host was very responsive, and made the arrangements very easy to understand. We will definitely be back.

Just right for our family of four

This condo rental was just right for us, with our two children. The location was great, being close to Storyland and just outside North Conway. The place was clean and looked very nice. Having two full baths was convenient, and the mini-split A/C was a big plus (other rentals we've used either didn't have A/C or had noisy window/portable units). The back door also goes out to ground level, so that helped a lot when carrying in/out everyone's bags. This was probably the most affordable value in the area, and you're still getting a nice place. You can't go wrong staying here, definitely recommend it!

Cute Place in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay here as it was very close to Story Land and other attractions in the area. The unit was on the bottom floor with several stairs to get down to it which was not expected, We ended up using the back door to bring in and out all of our stuff. It was very clean but also had a musty smell which I think is due to it being on the bottom floor. The bed in the master bedroom was not the most comfortable but we had everything else we needed to enjoy out stay. One other thing to note is that the grill is not a gas grill, it is a community charcoal grill that you would see at a state park so plan accordingly if you wish to grill food.

The property was clean and close to key attractions (north conway and story land). Check in does require getting keys from north conway (15 minute drive). Which is worth considering if travels plans do include passing through north conway.

White mountain getaway

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the White mountain area. The condo was very clean and spacious. The condo was in a good location with an easy drive to North Conway and many hiking trails. My only complaint is that the condo was on the lower leveland had a very musty smell..

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at Juliann's condo for our annual summer trip to Attitash. Juliann's condo was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and convenient! It has been my favorite place that we have stayed in Attitash! Juliann was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice and quiet getaway in the mountains!

Nice place

This place was mostly as advertised. A couple small things that could use fixing (faulty bedroom doorknob, bathroom sink very slow to drain) but it didn't impact our stay. I will point out that to me "ground floor" implied minimal stairs. This place had several steps up to the door of the building, then once you're inside it's two flights down to the apartment. Just something to be aware of.

Comfortable & well equipped

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the checkin process to get the keys, which meant driving into town to pick them up from a lock box and then driving back into town to drop them off at the end of our stay. If you are not going through town anyway, this is a bit of an inconvenience. Wifi was spotty along the way, so write down the code for the lock box. Communication with the owner was very good and prompt. Having the pool and hot tub was a nice relaxing benefit after spending the day doing cold outdoor winter activities.

Great Experience

We had a very positive experience! The unit itself is great—everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It was VERY CLEAN! We all (4 adults) found ourselves commenting on what a fabulous job the cleaning people did. That can make or break an experience, and it was nice to feel like you were in a well-cared for place. The outside needs updating but that’s the responsibility of the condo association so we understood that. The unit is close to Attitash, but we skied at Cranmore this time; it worked out nicely. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was we had to pick up the key at a different location. This wasn’t a big deal on the way there because the pickup location was right on the way, but on the way back, it was a tad inconvenient because we were headed in the opposite direction. It would just make more sense to leave the key in the place or have a lockbox at the actual unit. Lastly, the shower heads are ones that provide a rain-like shower, so it was difficult to get the shampoo out if you have long hair—just a heads-up. Overall, the place was fabulous, communication with the owner was easy and responsive, and it was a great time away! Highly recommend!

Great place, perfect location!

Perfect location for a ski trip. Condo was spacious and very clean, and the property had nice amenities. Just down the road from Attitash, and easy to get to other mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

The location was great! No more than 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and the slopes. The condo was in a quiet, cute, family friendly location with many amenities (pool, pool table, ping pong, and arcade). The condo was fully equipped with everything needed and the place was clean and cozy.

Nice stay near attractions

We rented this unit for a winter getaway to Santa’s village. We have stayed in this location previously and love the amenities offered, indoor pool and hot tub :). Unit was clean and had everything needed. Beds were comfortable, on the firm side. There wasn’t much in the way of extras for kiddos, like games or books.. was fine for us but just an fyi in case you are bringing children who need entertainment. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this unit!

Fall Foliage Trip

Directions to the unit were easy to follow and precise. There are stairs going up to the entrance and then down to the lower-level unit that was clearly identified in the description for those with mobility concerns. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy the Mt. Washington Valley over the long weekend! Community center had puzzles, pool, hot tub and sauna to enjoy.

New Hampshire vacations

The condo was nice and in a good location for our activities. The only issue, if you could even call it that, was the A/C is only in the living room. But we set up fans and that cooled off the bedrooms pretty well. Two of the days we were there were quite hot and really humid. Other than that it was pretty great.

Our children learned to ski in the Mount Washington Valley shortly after they learned to walk. We now enjoy hiking and canoeing as a family as well. There is truly something to enjoy all year long.
