The condo was in excellent location and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo itself needs major upgrades—rug and blinds.

Very nice clean cozy. Twice as big as a hotel room with kitchen and balcony. Very close to beach, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this lovely complex and in this inviting and cozy condo. The pools were amazing and the location worked out so well!

Great place and so close to many great restaurants and bars with live music. The Dolphin Tiki Bar is a must. The host Tara responds very quickly if you have any questions. The unit was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you would need. Plenty of towels/beach.

Tara was pleasant & very quick to respond. Other than a few minor cosmetic issues, the condo had all the essentials that at we needed. The place is close by to many restaurants, including the Dolphin Tiki that was walking distance. The complex had 2 pools that each had a hot tub. Will definitely stay there again

We had a great stay! Nice pool areas, close to stores etc. Great communication with the owner. Good place to stay with the familj of four!

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay if you are willing to not be on the beach. They have a fun tiki bar and grill facing the harbor and Tigertail beach is a short drive away. The hostess answered my questions promptly and check in/check out was painless.

Loved our stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable with a great layout. Loved eating dinner in the lanai and watching the sunset. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. The backpack style beach chairs made the trek to the beach much easier.

beautiful location

the condo complex had two beautiful pools and the dolphin tiki restaurant on site has the best food however the unit we stayed in was a little run down and needed some real TLC also it wasn't very clean

Adequate for a week in Florida. Good location - close to food & entertainment. Stocked with beach gear. But not vrbo ready - no dish soap, one roll of toilet paper and paper towels.

I'd stay again.

I booked this place because I appreciated that the owner didnt over charge the fees. I'd stay again for these reasons: it was quiet, the kitchen was well equiped, plenty of towels and bedding, easy access to conference I was attending, notebook with restaurant recommendations and menus helpful, beach chairs available for use, it was clean, covered parking was nice, and the extra room off the bedroom was perfect to keep my luggage and clothing out of the way.

Pleasant anniversay trip

Very nice and clean condo. Was nice to have the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, & cart available. Property manager very helpful and responsive. Only complaint being the bed was not very comfortable and the hot water didn't seem to last very long.

I’m sorry to hear about the hot water. I just found out from the association that there was a plumbing repair taking place this week that may have affected the hot water.

Tara was so responsive and helpful with messages! The unit was as accurately listed. The complex was nice and has a good restaurant. I’d recommend it!

It’s the little things

I had a little trouble trying to figure out checking in But the owner was very quick to respond, thankfully.. Really enjoyed the place but also appreciated the little stuff like having garbage bags and coffee filters, because who remembers to bring a coffee filter?.. Thanks for the stay

Just right

We have been to Marco the last three years and we have rented here just once. We will be back again next year and rent with Tara again. The property has everything you need for a Marco vacation without spending $700 a night at the Marriott. Owner replies back immediately with any questions you may have. We had a great experience.

Very comfortable

Easy to get there, easy drive to tigertaill. The highest level is five so it's more afforbable for working people. nice mix of people there. The lighting in the apartment is amazing. Seems like a random thing to mention but wait till you turn them on.

Ok stay

Ok stay, we only slept there, a bit surprised by things like bathroom door that was broken and pullout foam pads/mattress. Master was fine

We have had several issues with the pocket doors and plan to replace them in the next few months. The foam pads on the pull outs make it so that you don’t feel the folding bars. Was there something wrong with the mattress pads? Those were just recently purchased.
