It was a great place to spend time with our family. Perfect for getting on the trail system to hike all that wanted to. There is plenty of parking. The deck and the hot tub were excellent also.

Sedona Sugarloaf Dream was exactly that! The location was superb and near all the activities our group had planned. The beds and towels were exceptionally comfortable and generous. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use and the living areas worked great for our group. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Sedona.

It was a great house for our women's group. The home is beautifully appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. The ladies enjoyed the hottub under the stairs. We had space around the dining room, the living room, and the deck to meet and have great conversation. We thank you for your hospitality.

The property was beautiful and met all of our family needs. The trail was right in front of the house which made morning walk time as easy as possible with small children. Wonderful place and close to everything you could possibly need. Definitely felt at home, welcome and left recharged :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

An excellent location for any hiker! Being across the street from the Sugarloaf Trailhead was a major plus as well as the comfy beds.
The kitchen worked well for all nine of us. It was missing some usual amenities which are described in my review.
One can hike many different trails right from the house!

Very clean and comfortable. It would be helpful to have some basic instructions on the use of the hot tub (we figured it out). Convenient to town and hiking trail across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals & enjoy the surrounding beauty. Ample towels for 5 people, really loved how everything was marked in the home- lights and fans etc. House is well kept- and the view was outstanding. We never turned on a TV because the beauty of the red rocks in the front yard was enough. The Teacup to Sugarloaf trail was perfect if don’t want venture to another trail. I will recommend and would definitely stay again. Close to grocery and main strip.

Great for large groups

Me and my family had an awesome time staying here! Plenty of space for everyone and we loved how close we were to some hiking trails.

The house was located just across the street from the CoffeePot Rock Trail head. I think its called Tea Cup Trail. That was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. The yard is small and as shown. The views are incredible. The house was as advertised. It suited us very well.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was spacious enough for our two families and dog. Location was excellent, with beautiful hiking starting at the trailhead across the street. Property was clean and well stocked. Had a wonderful time both indoors and outdoors on the deck. Will definitely stay here again.
