Unique Comfort Zone at Roanoke Texas

Guests from all works of life are invited to book my home! This entire house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 65" Samsung TV, Kitchen, refrigerator, central A/C that worked great, Work Station with fast WIFI, and multiple car parking spaces. This house is within a quiet-drug/violent free residential area with a short distance from DFW Airport, Lake/Lewisville Fishing Barge, 24 hours Walmart, restaurants, Southlake Town Square w/upscale shopping, Texas Motor Speedway. NO PARTY, NONSMOKING HOUSE.

Description of the house
Once you enter the house, you will be met with a beautiful foyer, leading up to a living area with tree fabric couches, a workstation, and a 65' TV. Left to the living area kitchen with refrigerator, breakfast table, stove/oven as well as a dishwasher. There are also cabinets for storage space. Past the breakfast table, is a pantry closet and another door that lead to a private backyard with outside seating. Past the refrigerator, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Each room has come with a closet, drawer, and a night-lamp with a queen-sized bed. The master bedroom has it's a private bathroom/large closet, room 3 and 4 shared a bathroom and room 2 has it own attached private bathroom.
FYI: The recording surveillance camera at the exterior of the property (Entryway facing walkway/driveway and by the back door facing entryway and the backyard for safety/security reasons. Be rest assured that no camera/recording is installed inside the VRBO contract location
Guest access
You have access to the house through a keypad with access codes which would be provided after booking. You will have access to the entire house including all the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living room/tv, study desk, in-home, and backyard except the Garage.
We follow all VRBO standards and our city code for the residential areas.

We require you to have completed VRBO Verification to stay with us. Verification is a great safety measure for both guests and hosts. THIS IS A NO EVENT/PARTY, PARTY COOKING, AND NO-SMOKING HOUSE. The house is beautiful and definitely worked for us. We had a total of 6 adults that traveled. My parents are older so they stayed at the house more than we did as we had a busy weekend. They were able to move around and be comfortable. The washing machine is much newer than all of ours so we did have trouble figuring out how to turn it on.

Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful! There were 8 adults in our group down for the May NASCAR race weekend. We had plenty of room to hangout and the 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms were perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Property was in an excellent location with great variety of dining and shopping locations. It was very easy to get to and from Texas Motor Speedway which was the reason for our stay. I hadn't received the information to access the property before our check in time, but the host was quick to respond with the information. I also received the checkout instructions after we had already left. Fortunately we did most of the duties required prior to when we left. Home was very nice and clean. Upon arrival there was one trash that had not been emptied and the bath mats had been left outside. We would definitely stay in this home again when returning for races at Texas Motor Speedway.

The house was beautiful but not clean. The floors were dirty as well as the rest of the house. The cleaners did not do a good job. Unfortunately they did not do a good job. Hopefully this information will help to keep up with this home. The dishwasher did not work and the house needed to be sprayed due to spiders and other bugs

Great layout

We were 3 couple plus one single. The house worked out perfectly with the 3 bathrooms. The kitchen and living area was very spacious. The location was very convenient to South Lake and Grapevine.

Thanks for.your comments. We are sorry if you feel that the access code was not released to you earlier enough. The hours between the check-out and the check-in are used by our cleaning crew to get the property ready and some guests had intended to check-in earlier without realizing that the house may not be ready for them. The home was very clean. The lawn had not been mowed for several weeks when we arrived but was mowed while we were there. The yard and patio are very small. Supplies in the kitchen (dishes, cooking utensils, paper towels, etc.), were very limited. Would have been nice to have instructions on how to operate the TV. Good communication with the owner during our stay.

There were no products for us to use the dishwasher or wash towels.There were only enough towels for one night so we need to wash them which is no problem being said laundry soap would have been appreciated. I would like to suggest leaving a mop as well.

Four friends

We chose this home because it had 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each. It’s a beautiful home; however, it could really use some decorating tips. The couches have delta airline pillows on each one of them. The bedding was way outdated and one room had sheets with several cigarette burns in them. There were no hand towels or dish towels either and the towels provided were all random and need updating. Christmas decor and dishes were abundant as well. For such a great house, just a few updates could make this so much better. The host did respond to our problems that we had in a timely manner.

Weekend stay in Roanoke, TX

Very nice property with great floorplan for multiple couples. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and main travel arteries. We would stay in this property again.
