Excellent location right by the time out market. Little noisy on weekend nights, but once you close the windows all is fine. I loved to be close to the train station, the ferry station and the Commerce plaza. I recommend this apartment.

The property was perfect for our family of four. It is situated close to many amenities and easy access to to someMain tourist areas. The apartment was secure and very clean. The park across the street was lovely and the view from the balcony was also lovely.

Pros. Great location and good AC and beds were fairly comfortable. Nice balcony. ConsA hidden fee of 4 euro per person per night. They called it a tax on foreign citizens. Fourty euro for 5 nights this unexpected fee or tax was not disclosed until a Few days before check inOnly one towel and one hand towel per person for a 5 night stay. No wash cloth and not enough towels for a 5 night stayNo conditioner and only cheap shampoo and body washSome of the closets in the hall way had a thick layer of dustQuite loud at night Coffee machine did not work for us

The space is extremely spacious - we were two adults but you could easily have two couples share this space and not feel like you are ontop of one another.The lounge/kitchen/dinning space is on the small side but that is more than made up by the wrap around balcony and the close proximity to the cafes and restaurants that Lisboa has to offer. Time Out market is literally right there.The area is lively but extremely safe - walking at night there was no problems, so if you are looking for a balance of being in the action and also feeling comfortable in your space this location is fantastic.Directions from Uber and Google maps are a little misleading so ensure that you are at on the street on the backside of the park - the apartment building behind you wedged between a cafe and a restaurant is the right one!We would stay here again

The co-owner was very friendly and communicated with is in a very efficient timeframe. We lived the area being so close to restaurants and walking distance from the various venues. We would return highly recommend. Thanks again for a lovely experience of Lisbon.

Modern loft

We travelled with my parents and kids aged 9 and 6 years old. It is a beautiful modern loft style with a large balcony. Situated right across the Time-out market. At night it can get a bit loud due to the late night partiers outside. There is security in the building and late at night you need to be buzzed in. We parked in the Time out market parking for 30 Euros a night. Overall, there was good communication with the property manager and we enjoyed our 3 nights there and would go back.

The property was lovely, just as advertised. It was exactly what we needed. And we loved the balcony. Our check-in process was a little rough as we were given the incorrect code to access the key. Luckily, the person supplying the property arrived shortly after and he gave us the correct code. The only other issue we had was the doorbell system. It keeps being, quite loud, and would not stop. We contacted host. They said they fixed it but they did not. It was constant and extremely annoying. I finally had to disconnect it. The location was great. Right across from the Time Out Market. Note it did get quite loud at night time.

Le logement est idéalement situé. De toutes les locations de vacances que j'ai pu faire, c'est de loin la plus propre de toutes. La climatisation est un vrai plus. Les chambres et l'espace de vie au style épuré sont très agréable. Il y a beaucoup de rangements.

Family friendly 2 bedroom-1 bathroom apt located near many restaurants (breakfast at Cafe Janis and Senzi were great), shops, and a playground across the street. We were pleasantly surprised to see a market of vendors were around the block, on Saturday. Time Out Market is across the street-a must see with late night food options! The unit was spacious, clean, and well decorated. Easy to find. The balcony was nice to relax. It wasn't too noisy. Communication was responsive and excellent.

Apartment 118

Would have scored higher but 3pm check-in was missed and had to wait till 4pm, also no kettle in “fully equipped “ kitchen. Don’t let this put you off though as location, albeit somewhat noisy at night, the apartment itself and location were something I would definitely return to in the future. Great position to explore Lisbon.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour a Lisbonne chez Paula L'appartement correspond exactement a l'annonce, il est très bien équipé, très propre, sécurisé 24h sur 24 h parfait pour 4 personnes L'appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas du Marché, des transports et des restaurants. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons sans hésité. Merci Paula
