Welcome to our beach house! Our 2200 sq ft home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family neighborhood, yet within minutes of the action. Located in Southampton, sleeps 8 and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. There is plenty of room for everyone with numerous sleeping areas, and a living room, sunroom, and deck on the second floor. Pond view with lots of wildlife. Fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8. Three flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, 2 DVD players, games, and books provide entertainment after a day at the beach. Bicycles and beach gear can be stored in the one-car garage. The area is
bike-friendly for adults and older kids. Southampton offers a large community pool with tables, umbrellas, rest rooms, shower, and lounge chairs, as well as tennis courts.
Southampton is just 1.5 miles away from Bethany Beach and an easy trip to Dewey,
Rehoboth, and Ocean City, MD. Easy access to Delaware Seashore State Park and
Fenwick Island State Park. Really, anything you'd want to do at the beach is a short
drive away! Kayaking, paddle boarding, Rehoboth outlets, fishing, boating, biking,
mini-golf, restaurants and shopping are all within minutes. Bethany Beach hosts many
activities for families including live music, Monday night movies on the beach and
Thursday night bonfires on the beach (with s'mores!!)

This is a three level townhome with two sets of stairs and may not be suitable for the
elderly, very young children, or anyone that has difficulty with stairs.

Beach chairs, etc, not provided. Please inquire about beach gear, baby gear, or bicycle
rental. No pets. No smoking or tobacco use or any kind.

Cleaning Fee $150
The name of the credit card holder securing the reservation shall be the lessee and a
signed rental agreement, with occupant list and photocopy of government issued ID of
the lessee are required within 24 hours to secure the reservation. No third party
reservations. Lessee must be staying in the home during the reserved time period.
No pets. No smoking or tobacco use of any kind. Due to stairs, property may not be
suitable for the elderly, very young children, or anyone that has difficulty with stairs.
