Property was clean and very convenient for us. Close to boardwalk, beach and restaurants.

It looks nothing like the pictures inside. The beds are very uncomfortable as well.

Okay option

I was pleased with the location and neighborhood. The property was well-maintained and clean. However, bedding and towels are not included, and when you pay the additional fee for bedding this does not include blankets, only sheets, pillowcases, and towel sets. Therefore, we slept with just top sheets. The blanket information was not available on the page. Also, the cleaning supplies did not include a mop head for the mop. Due to this we were unable to mop the floors before we left.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be accurately represented and a solid value. It comfortably accommodated our group of six to seven, and the space worked well for our needs. Thanks to a helpful previous review, we came prepared with additional bedding, though clean linens and towels were provided as described. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, cookware, dish soap, and plenty of garbage bags, making it easy to settle in. The location is also a highlight, with the area’s oldest bar conveniently located just around the corner.Communication with the host was excellent. When a breaker was triggered due to multiple AC units running at once, the host responded quickly and resolved the issue as promised by the time we returned from dinner, which we appreciated.While overall the property met our expectations, there are a few areas that could be improved. There was some noticeable dust, which caused minor congestion for our family, though we felt fine once out during the day. We also observed that a few window shades were already damaged prior to our arrival.Overall, we appreciated the space, value, and convenient location, and would be happy to return with a bit of additional attention to cleaning and minor maintenance.
