Great place at great location for family. Walking distance to everything. Barely used the car at all.

The property was perfectly situated with convenient access to many restaurants and attractions. The host was communicative and the house has what we needed to make our family stay pleasant.

Great location and very clean. Minor ant issue in the kitchen but overall would stay here again.

Great accommodation, excellent location.

Loved our stay here! A short walk to the Boardwalk and Inlet. About halfway in between the beach and bay. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for sleep and relaxing in between walks to the beach or bay. Highly recommend.

Most important- we stayed 1 night of 4 because it took time to find other accommodations. Property is totally misrepresented by description & photos. Only accuracy is location. Odor upon arrival was disgusting. Couches and chairs were stained, mini-blinds were filthy & many broken. Refrigerator was dirty, bathroom radiator was gross, barely any hot water or water pressure, bed slats were broken so beds tilted. Kitchen was not fully equipped, 2 forks & 2 spoons, what a joke. The front porch and furniture was dilapidated. I messaged the owner and they did not respond except to threaten a deep cleaning bill if we did not empty the garbage and leave sheets near the door. DO NOT WASTE YOUR . Any positive reviews must be fake because thus place is a dump.

If all you care about is location, this place is fine. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere. To be clear, the house was generally clean and the fridge, microwave, toilets, sinks and showers themselves were clean. Our issue was the poor maintenance and that the property’s actual condition did not accurately match the listing photos.There were marks, dents and holes in the walls, broken blinds, stained couch covers, soft spots in the floors and other signs of significant wear. One showerhead was moldy and disgusting enough that we would not use that shower. The host offered to replace it and the dirty trash can, but we had already cleaned the trash can lid ourselves and did not want anyone entering the property while we were staying there with our dog.The mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Think thin pullout couch mattress, but on a bed. The middle bedroom was extremely damp/humid and uncomfortable to sleep in. The front door lock also felt extremely insecure; we felt the door could easily be forced open and put a cooler in front of it at night and when we left.We documented everything and sent photos to VRBO showing how the condition differed from the listing. VRBO support told us the host was unwilling to offer any refund. Had the photos accurately reflected the current condition, we would not have booked it. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Manager was very responsive and polite

The location was great and it was clean except for ants but I think they are an issue for a lot of place there If you stay here make sure you bring linens including blankets and pillows.
