Sarah had great communication and the house was great. It was very close to the beach and about 10 minutes away from lots of restaurants. The decorations of the house were so cute and was a very comfortable space to be in.

We so enjoyed our stay at Mid Island Home and Sarah was so easy and great to communicate with! Home was very clean, close to beach and just a very relaxing week. Will definitely stay here again!

Our beach trip was amazing! The home was exactly as described — cozy, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was quick, and the sunsets were beautiful. Loved the peaceful neighborhood and easy access to restaurants and shops. The host communicated clearly and made the stay smooth from start yo finish.

Perfect size vacation stay

A few steps from the beach, spacious living room, nice secluded patio. Everything we needed to start our comfortable stay is here, and the grocery store is only a mile away. My entire family was very happy we chose this for our home away from home.

Girls trip

We booked this house for our yearly girls trip! House was very clean and so nice! Booking and checking in online was easy and when I reached out to the owner she was quick to respond! Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome house!! Great location ( very short walk to beach), great back yard…they had everything we needed. Owners were super nice! We would definitely go back again

We enjoyed our family time together at FMB thanks to the incredible host, Sarah. The property was clean and well-stocked. Sarah was responsive and helpful during our stay.

Christmas at the beach!

Everything about this house and location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was excellent to work and communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Little Getaway

I was very impressed with how this property felt like a home. The host really thought of everything that one might need, or want. If you’re looking for a great location, in a quiet area, with great beach access looking no further.

Cute little home just a short walk from Ft Myers Beach access and across from canal and quiet residential neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen - had everything we needed for our short stay!Could use a little more TLC in the backyard space to make it more inviting. Watch-out that bathrooms are super tiny. Overall great location for time at the beach!

Favorite Stay

This is our second time. This home has plenty of space whether you are traveling alone, with a dog or a few kids. Always clean and in a convenient location.

Perfect stay, great proximity to beach

Myself, my daughter and 1 of her friends traveled with us….we loved the house and its proximity to the beach. It’s about a block away and was close enough to come back to have lunch and then go back. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us and would have had plenty of room for more. Would definitely book again.

If Sarah’s place is available, make sure to book it right away! Cute little house with all the necessities and great access to the beach. Perfect little getaway for family and friends. Sarah is extremely responsive and helpful. We’re already planning our next trip to stay here!

Adorable Place!

We loved our stay at this cozy beach house. It was super clean and decorated so cute. It was a short walk to the beach, which allowed us to get our steps in! The kids loved the hot tub and collected some beautiful shells. They were already asking when we would be back before we even left. Next time we will bring a wagon for our beach stuff. Thanks for a fantastic friends weekend!

We had a perfect week here. The house is well located to take advantage of all Fort Myers Beach has to offer and both the trolley and the beautiful beach are just a few minutes walk away. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, cute decor, nicely stocked and inviting. The host communicated well, and check in was a breeze. The outdoor patio could use a bit of a spruce up and the yard is not completely fenced in - but it was nice to have a place to sit, and have our dog be welcomed. We would definitely stay here again. P.S. thanks for the mobile speaker it was an unexpected and welcome touch.

Perfect place and location!!

This home is so beautiful, we love the canal views from the living room window. The hot tub is so wonderful to use in November since it gets cool at night. The beach is literally a block away and the home is so close to anything you want to do. It is well equipped for cooking if you choose to and Sarah was very responsive to my messages if I had any questions. We will be booking this lovely home again hopefully in the near future!!

I had messaged to ask if I could have more than one 'well behaved dog' and they said yes. It was a very nice stay. Clean, convenient and basically anything you could want. Ft. Myers has a ways to go to recover to pre-Ian condition but you have the beach to yourself and you can find places to eat with no difficulty. Quiet getaway.

quick weekend getaway

House was perfect. Very clean. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed.Great location. We walked the beach every morning and evening. Lots of shells and beautiful sunsets. Still a lot of rebuilding going on but nothing that would hinder any plans. Some restaurants are open near where the pier was. I would not hesitate to return.

House near beach

Excellent house for those that would like to walk the beach….Literally about a block away. This is a quiet little neighborhood. There are small houses, nestled amongst mansions on this island. As you drive around, you will see still the Ramas of the storm Ian. This three bedroom house is clean and has all the amenities you need.
