Very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and accommodating but the cleanliness wasn’t that great.

Great place on the beach!

This was a great, spacious place to rent just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had great cooking supplies and the street was really quiet and peaceful.

Perfect location and very clean

We went to Ft Meyers Beach to attend a sandsculpting event, see the burrowing owls in Cape Coral, tour the Ford/Edison estate, and more! This home was in a perfect location! We walked to the beach and saw the most magnificent sunsets each night. The home was clean. The street is quiet. It was perfect.

A nice stay at a great location

This house is an easy walk (about 1/2 block) to the sandy shores of the Gulf. The bedrooms are not large but definitely adequate for a vacation. We stayed there a month with several sets of adult guests visiting us which worked out wonderfully. Upon arrival, we noticed the kitchen was a little sparsely stocked with cookware, but upon reporting that, the management company provided more as needed. They were also very attentive and quick to respond (in less than an hour) with a repair on the front door lock. The traffic anywhere on Fort Myers Beach can be a challenge as it backs up getting on and off the island, but if you love staying within walking distance to the beach, this is a great house for the money.
