Great space, location and experience!

I was really happy with the accuracy of the listing and pictures. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had extra spices and condiments which was nice. The host has special greeting cards/signs and candy by every bed. The little special touches were very nice and thoughtful and was very appreciated. The game room was perfect for my kids! I LOVED the no shoe policy! It's exactly how I keep my home so I felt at ease that the house was clean. We would absolutely stay again!

Great house

The house was great. Very good condition, clean, quiet neighborhood. I like the option of having a whole house to rent vs. just a hotel with not as much things for you. For example, you can do your laundry while on vacation. I like that the hostess had games available for her guests. Nice covered porch area also, to enjoy coffee/tea in the morning with a book. Or maybe have a nice meal cooked on the available grill. I also appreciate the rule of no shoes. Made for much cleaner floors. Very much a nice at home feeling. I did meet the hostess also. Not a requirement, but she is very nice. I most definitely would stay at her Vrbo home again given the opportunity. You won't regret your choice to stay at this home.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends!

Great place to stay with friends and family. Convient location in Vancouver close to restaurants and parks. Cozy clean house. Hostess was in contact to ensure we had seamless experience with the house. Highly recommend!

Attention to detail

The attention to detail to make us feel welcomed was great! From the welcome notes, slippers and cleanliness of the entire house down to the fancy folded towels. Will definitely stay here again if im back in Vancouver.

Great rental home!

My husband, two sons, my mom and I visited family in Vancouver and this home was a great fit for us. The living room was a good size as was the kitchen. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun (even though it was super cold in there) and each bedroom was decently sized. The owner provided helpful suggestions of where to eat and shop and was extremely communicative throughout our stay. We enjoyed the home and I recommend this rental for anyone visiting the Vancouver area.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay at this home in Vancouver. Elena was an excellent host, providing detailed information before our stay and sharing resources/communicating with me during our stay. Little details like providing house slippers and snacks/treats made us feel so welcome. We will be back again!

Quilting retreat

Three of us wanted to get away for a couple days and do some quilt-shopping. Vancouver was the perfect spot for us as was the house. We each wanted our own room, and this house had everything we wanted or needed. Elena was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was a perfect get-away for us, and we'll be recommending this to our friends.

Elena has a lovely home in Vancouver. It is well appointed and had everything we needed.

The house was really pretty and easily accommodated 5 adults and an infant. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and all the extra towels as well as other special touches were appreciated.

Amazing host

A fabulous home and stay!

We stay at vrbos quite often and this by far was the best experience. The home had a very welcoming feeling. Elena asked if we were coming for any particular reason and we mentioned it was my son's graduation. She not only decorated the table for a celebration, but also wrote my son the sweetest graduation card. So many personal touches that she gave us. It truly was the best place we have ever stayed at, because of Elena.

Exceeded all of our expectations!

We came to Vancouver to take a 4 day training class. This was the first time that any of us have used VRBO. Our class was in Hazel Del and the house was very convenient to our class, restaurants and the waterfront. The host Elena was amazing and and had wonderful communication. The house was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The area was very quiet and felt cozy and secure! The kitchen is well stocked for things you might want and you are free to use them. I wasn’t able to bring body wash or a hair dryer, to my surprise the shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and a body wash. There was also a hair dryer in a bag under the sink, it had a diffuser which came in handy since we had snow fall of all things in April. I actually enjoyed not wearing shoes in the house and it all felt so clean we kept our socks on. If you are on the fence with a rental in Vancouver grab this deal while you can! I would stay here if I come up to take another class or just to the area. Elena thank you again for everything!

Cleanliness of the home

The house was meticulous. She requested no shoes in the house which is how we live in our house. She had the kitchen stocked with every condiment you would ever need as well as provided things you would never think of.

Luxury and Comfort

This rental was perfect. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of special touches that made us feel so pampered. Close to family in Portland, an easy drive. Excellent communication with the owners. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home to anyone visiting the area!! A+++++

So, so good!

This home exceeded our expectations! It’s like the pictures, only better! Every room was beautiful and spacious, kitchen well stocked, beds and chairs super comfy and there were too many added comforts to count. When we arrived only to find the door lock was touchy because of a low battery, Elena came right over to take care of us. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to amenities. Our family has stayed in many VRBO rental houses, and this is one of the very best.

God gave me a beautiful family, a loving husband, 2 sons, and 4 daughters. We enjoy traveling with our family. Since our parents were not able to travel with us, when we were growing up, we decided to give this gift to our children. We speak 3 languages.
I used to be a nurse in Germany and a travel agent in the US.
Now I enjoy being in the hospitality business and I love to prepare the space for our guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
