Located in the quiet, residential Silver Triangle area of Venice, but steps to all of the vibrancy of Venice- only 5 blocks from the beach and 1 block to the canals, and 2 blocks to Abbott Kinney.

A 3 minute walk to the famous Venice Canals

Just past the canals is the famous Venice Beach boardwalk (ten minute walk from the house) with all its charm of the small shops, street vendors and performers, and Muscle Beach.

Great location but not quite up to expectations

The house is in a great location and is generally a good value. There were some disappointing features including no window covering in some parts of the house (where it was needed - like the main living area), the washer and dryer are not up to modern standards, and guests don't have access to any closets to hang up cloths.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfectly located between Marina Del Ray, Abbott Kinney, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The accommodation was very comfortable, with tunning views from the rooftop area. It also came fully equipped with kitchen and amenities. It exceeded all our expectations. Feature Vacation Homes made the process extremely easy and were always quick to reply to any queries that we had. I couldn't recommend this property & company enough to anyone looking to stay in this area.

I want to return here!

Really lovely and and quiet neighborhood - walked to coffee houses and shops. Neighbors are pleasant. Weather was beautiful. Parking was easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed with below points:- to find another guest in a separate part of the house, when we had rented an entire home- only polyester "towels"- most of the wardrobes sealed with tapes leaving very limited space for us, and - a request to take off the shoes white in the houseAll these above points should have been clearly informed in advance

Fun in Venice

Two families converged in Venice to have an active SoCal vacation. This house was a perfect home base for our adventures and gave us a comfy home to come home to nightly for big dinners, games and laughs. The roof is wonderful and the location is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for about a week during a long-term stay in LA and loved it. The home is comfortable, in a great location and has everything you need. It was easy to access, has parking, a well-stocked kitchen (I'm a recipe developer, so that was important to me), and a very nice roof deck.

Great place!

The house is great and we really enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious and clean and the layout was really neat. Our only issue was parking. The neighbor did not pull in all the way allowing us to pull in the drive next to the home. They also kept putting a dog gate across the drive if they were not parked there. The street was very crowded and there were cars parking right in front of the home and left there. Other than the parking issue which was just a slight inconvenience we very much enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

However, we did a lot of walking to the beach, shopping and Marina del Ray. Great location for walking and easy drive to everything. We would definitely rebook if it is available for our next trip.

wedding party house.

perfect for getting ready for our wedding. we had a couple issues with a neighbor domestic dispute in the middle of the night, cops involved, but other than that it was a nice clean nieghborhood and clean house.

Great rooftop and location

The house worked well on the 4th of July, watching fireworks and the sunset from the rooftop. It's close to Abbott Kinney and everything on the westside. Parking on the street was fine considering the neighbor's car was sticking out in the shared driveway. After asking him to move it, he told me that he left enough room. It made me uncomfortable, and I thought he was not considerate. I ended up parking on the street the rest of the stay because the neighbor's car remained in the same position. Otherwise, everything was smooth and pleasant. I'd recommend this property and stay again.
