Was a very clean room. It was easy to get to. The host was very good at communicating and making sure the check in process was good. A squeeze for sure and definitely gotta be okay with a cram but it's cute. Went with my girlfriend and she was skeptical at first sight but she ended up thinking it was a special stay at the end. I would definitely recommend for a good weekend getaway. Thankful for the experience. Also, the bathroom is very close and clean which is a plus.

We had a fun trip to the California Bay. Estevan was a great host and so accommodating if there’s any other open weekends this summer, I will definitely be booking with him again.

The description of the boat was quite exaggerated. It is very old, no running water at a sink to wash, no head to use. I had to use the public bathroom which was a walk away from the slip. I had no one to show me how things worked - had trouble finding the lock box with keys. It was hidden in the bushes. The mattress in the V birth had two sections that were separated by a fissure between. Not comfortable.

Our stay was amazing to say the least. Couldn’t be any happier with how everything turned out. Check In Process and Communication was Above and Beyond. Can’t wait to come back!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Don’t book this property.! The description at the time made this seem like a legit option for a stay. The host has since made some adjustments to the description to cover his butt. It turned out that the host is not supposed to be VRBO’ing the sailboat and told me to tell anyone who asks what we are doing there that we were “visiting Esteban.” The sailboat was so small there was no room for our suitcases. The bed was so small we couldn’t use it. There was no running water. The toilet was taped shut. There was no shower. When I contacted the host about this he told me there was a public restroom at the building near the dock. The lock was broken on the men’s public restroom.

I did not change the description that's a lie and can prove it was never changed after you booked...You simply NEVER read any of the listing description because you kept asking me questions that were already in the description... You also never read my Access instructions and kept asking me questions about it that were already there... Even gave you a refund and still have me a bad review...
