Great Ocean Views

Property was really nice. The balcony which overlooks the ocean is a peaceful place to have morning coffee or an evening beverage. The resort is kept clean and staff were all friendly. Plan for 1hr 45 travel time due to traffic delays which are very common.

Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Las Palmas

We have been visiting Puerto Rico for the past 10 years. This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, including paper products, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. The view is gorgeous. The location convenient to the beach and pool! We will be back next year!

Amazing view

Loved the property! Loved that it was so closed to the beach and pool. This property was beautiful, big and clean. We enjoyed the amazing view of the beach. My family had a great time there and we plan to make future reservations there, god willing.

We felt very safe in our villa and the whole area of Palmas Del Mar! Greg my host was very helpful with my access entry. And the guys at the security gate were very nice. I will definitely stay at Palmas Del Mar again.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our time at Palmas Del Mar. The condo was clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the property is very safe. Greg was easy to work with and we loved the binder he put together with local information regarding restaurants and things to do during our stay. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Poster like view!

Zen-like experience

I love going to Palmas del Mar and staying in Tina and Ron's villa. It has everything needed plus a spectacular location in front of the beach. Morning coffee on the balcony turns into meditation listening to the waves and daily exercise (if desired) is as easy as stepping out onto the sand and running along the shore. I try to rent this villa every time I go.

Amazing place.

I must say I was not sure what to expect before we got there once we arrived. We realized this. Place Was absolute heaven. We would definitely recommend this to anyone for in amazing vacation with incredible views and a well run complex. The pool was wonderful. Wonderful place to stay

The pictures dont give this home justice. The view is amazing the home is beautiful. The staff were on point. The only thing was the elevator it worked when it wanted to but I understand its the property and not the home. Thank u again. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Everything you need and more.

Loved staying at Palmas Del Mar Very clean condo and comfortable beds. Nice view and enjoyed the sound of the ocean at night. The gated community is beautiful and safe. The pools are a plus and enjoyed sitting by the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including coolers and beach towels. The AC and fans worked well. There are restaurants and shops in the gated community but we found some nice restaurants outside the community. Walmart and Walgreens are close and Econo supermarket as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Palmas Del Mar and will highly recommend it.

A special spot!

We had a fabulous week at Palmas! The unit was perfect for us - clean, modern conveniences, warmly decorated, spacious, fully equipped/stocked, awesome location/views, etc... The VRBO property descriptions are completely accurate. In addition, the owner was a pleasure to work with. They provided a lot of information about the unit and the area, always responded promptly to our questions, and just made the trip very relaxing with their generosity and attention to details. Fantastic villa!

This villa is superb! The views are amazing, I could just sit on the balcony all day and gaze out at the scenery, if there wasn't so much else to do! The condo is beautiful and is decorated very nicely. Ron and Tina are very attentive owners who live a few buildings away, and they have thought of every detail. We really enjoyed the beach, the tennis center, a snorkeling trip right out of the Palmas Marina, a kayak/snorkeling trip to Monkey Island, and El Yunque. Don't go to Puerto Rico without spending some time in Old San Juan, it is really lovely. We had a great time and I would love to go there again!

Very well worth it!

The place is clean and very well maintained. There was a minor problem that was address in a timely fashion. The beach by the villa is the best area in the resort; very peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend that you rent a car to get around the island. The beach club is very expensive for what you get and other areas of the resort are nice but the best part in my opinion is the beach next to the villa. We enjoyed going to Old San Juan and the rain forest . I would recommend this property to others.

Great Family Spot

This property had the beach and pool right out your door! Great area for family vacation. The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. There was a water issue and so they switched and took that unit and gave us their unit to stay in. They had some plumbers come in to check it a couple of times but the owners gave us a heads up and it really only took a few visits of 3 minutes or less. Super accommodating and reacted quickly to a situation that is out of their control. Kids enjoyed the waves and we felt very safe in the area. Even with many surrounding units -it was a quiet and peaceful area.

Great place to stay away from it all

The condo is truly oceanfront, the pics do not do it justice. TIna stocks the condo with plenty of towels for the entire week, both bath and beach towels. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time, it was AMAZING. Humacoa is very close and we were able to purchase what we needed at Walmart down the street. We also went in to town for the crepes by us place and Maggie Moos for ice cream. My only 2 mildly negative points The master bed must have had a waterproof pad, (for obvious reasons) because it was very hot. It would have been nice to have some suggestions for places to eat outside of the complex to avoid tourist prices. But every place we ate inside was pretty good.

Clean and well equipped

The unit is clean and very well equipped. There is an abundance of towels and supplies ….more than in many other places we have stayed. The balcony was a great place to hang out and the shape of it ensured you could find a shady spot if you wanted.The only thing we were a little disappointed on were the number of restaurants within walking distance. We did however rent a car which is good because uber/taxi was a little difficult to get. The ones we did go to were awesome!Loved the pools and the friendliness of everyone we met.The property is very well maintained.Would recommend this property!
