Beautiful property and views! The house had everything we needed and very clean upon arrival. Had AC in every room, beach chairs and sand toys our kids enjoyed, laundry room, and all the things you would need in the kitchen. Right on the beach and the plaza with restaurants and a market are super close. All in all super pleased with our choice in this house and location. Was a great week for my family and the host went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We’ll be back!

Great resort feel condo with the most amazing views! We stayed as family with 5 kids, mostly teens, who all loved it. The condo was clean and taken care of. The communication from hosts was top notch

Our stay at this Puerto Rico rental was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better just a few steps from the beach, i found myself walking the beach every morning and enjoyed the sound of the waves and beautiful views every day. Having a pool on the property was the perfect bonus.The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The atmosphere was peaceful.If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a true island feel this is it.

The location, rooms, beach amenities, and pool were excellent. However, the villa requires maintenance in certain areas. On a rainy day, water leaked from the ceiling of the top floor down to the first floor, creating an unpleasant odor. Although the host addressed the issue immediately, the smell lingered. Furthermore, the locks on the terrace and balcony did not lock, and the key for the front door deadbolt was difficult to use. Despite this issue, we felt secure during our stay.

Thanks for your feedback Placido. Regarding the leak, as explained during your stay, the repair was completed immediately after your departure, as the work required more than a day to complete. The source was not our roof, which had been completely rebuilt less than a month earlier, but damaged roof tiles on a neighboring property and the shared wall between the homes. Unfortunately, this issue originated outside our property and could not have been anticipated. To keep you informed, we also sent you a video the following day showing that the repair had been successfully completed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing the lock issues to our attention.

The beach view was beautiful but you couldn’t open the bedroom sliding doors. The condo was very clean. There were some bugs the first couple of days but Carlos had someone come spray very quickly.

Amazing vacation

This is the perfect place for family vacation. Easy beach access, nice and safe community, and Jay was easy to get ahold of with questions. Definitely recommend

Beautiful beach property

We had an amazing time at this property! The views were beautiful as was the beach. Our hosts were very helpful with our needs and gave great recommendations for our stay. One of our best memories will be star gazing on the rooftop patio.

Spring family vacation in Humacao PR

The rental property is in a beautiful secure neighborhood. All the needs of home at a beautiful sunny beach get away. The owner was easy to reach and helpful.

Hidden Gem

This property was amazing, everything was absolutely amazing, property was clean, new and had every amenity we needed. The proximity to the beach was unbelievable, pool and general vicinity was gorgeous. We had a great time as a family and will certainly return again.

Paradise Found!

Our family of four had a delightful stay! Jay was incredibly responsive, had terrific site seeing suggestions, and made check in and check out extremely simply. The villa is gorgeous and well appointed, and the view is unbeatable. The pool is lovely and the kids loved it. We cannot wait to go back!!
