Nestled close to Bell Rock in the Coconino Forest, this home will treat you to a classic atmosphere - Inside you'll find nearly 1,000 square feet of living space, decorated in an Automotive and Antique motif. This duplex is sure to be unlike any other found in all of Arizona! New Air Conditioning in 2023! There is no Garage Access-Please Park on the left side along the garage.

Judi and Dennis originating from the midwest wanted something different in the way of a vacation rental. Judi's experience as a realtor along with Dennis's love of everything automotive has culminated in the motif found here at 'Sedona Eclectic'. Being in the Sedona area has opened experiences in antiques and overall design thoughts outside of the common southwestern décor. We love what this unit shows and would like you to join us. This unit along with our Vacation Rental Unit in Sun City, also on VRBO, and a new townhouse recently obtained (minimum stay 30 Days) has the best of both worlds. Sedona for the Mountains, Trails, and Hiking, and the Sun City area (a 55+ community) for access to the Phoenix area and year-round warmth.
