The home was great! My family stayed for the week and we had everything we needed to make it a great stay. Quiet neighborhood and would recommend to any other family looking for a place to stay close to the beach.

Great stay. The only problem was the pipe on the pool that broke. But my son said Scott came over and fixed the problem really quick. My son also said that Scott was a big help through out this week. He was there anytime they needed him. Would recommend staying with this host to anyone.

My family and I needed a last minute place to stay after we had issues with a different rental while waiting for our house to be built. Rick had availability and was able to get us situated. The pool was very well maintained, and was definitely our favorite part of the home. The home was spacious, clean, and stocked on essentials for daily chores and even some items for the beach. We can’t thank Rick enough for his hospitality during our stay and would recommended this home for anyone looking for a place to stay in the IRB area.

Perfect vacation home close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautiful, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very kind and responsive to any questions.

Place in the Sun

We really enjoyed our stay at Rick’s place. The pool was super, and the place was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend it for a family grouping.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time at this property. The pool is lovely. The house was well equipped and the owner was courteous when we had a couple of questions. We would stay at this property again if we were returning to the area.

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. We went for spring training baseball the property was like 20 minutes from ballpark, 5 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and maybe 20 to Clearwater Beach. There is also tons of stuff in the immediate area of the home. Shopping, coffee, more bars and restaurants. Super easy to get whatever you need or want. Communication with property owner was great and he was super responsive. Great experience.

All around great house and moccasin

House is clean and well stocked, very roomy and the kids loved the pool. Easy drive to several beaches and stores. Very stress-free and relaxing vacation.

Amazing Location and Home!

This rental has everything you could need, all while being close to the necessitates. Very clean and the communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

Our party could not have been more delighted with our stay! We were two families with a total of 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 years old. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking up breakfast or a feast. And, of course, the pool was the absolute highlight. Our kids were in it 3-4 times each day and could not have had more fun. We were 5 - 15 minutes from the beach, awesome seafood restaurants, the botanical garden, and great playgrounds. Rcik was an excellent host. A breeze to communicate with and incredibly informative. Loved staying here and can't wait to go back!

Great home with pool

We had a great stay at this home with a pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Rick the property manager was amazing and very accommodating. Our entire family would recommend this as a place to stay for small families and plan to return.

Our family gathered to enjoy each other and our Mother (93). This home was a great place to gather plenty of room and beautiful pool and lanai!

Golf trip

The overall property and stay were great. The only thing is the 4th bedroom was not as expected but was not a problem. The location being 1.5 miles from IRB was fantastic, and also central to Publix and other shops. Would definitely rent again.

Loved this home. Enjoyed burgers on the grill and eating on the coveted lanai. The heated pool was outstanding! Plus, our host could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO choice!

Great house and location

This is very nice house with a wonderful lanai and pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It is maintained by a wonderful property manager by the name of Rick Boureau who was incredibly responsive to our every request and very personable as well.

Family Spring Break

We had a great few days at this property. Everything was clean, ready, and exactly as described. We loved the spacious kitchen and living areas, and the pool and patio were fantastic! As comfortable as our own home

This house was really perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, was in a quiet and safe location, and the pool was amazing! Rick was a very accommodating host. When we did have questions he responded right away. We have been to IRB several times but this has been the best property so far. We plan on coming back!

Great Experience

We had a great time. Clean and nicely appointed house. Kids loved the pool. House had everything we needed. Convenient location. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and beach. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this house.

Excellent Vacation Homebase

The house met all our expectations: clean, neat, organized, open floor plan with great family meeting space, and accurate and timely instructions! A TV in every room. The pool was spacious, with plenty of pool toys used by the grand children. Home was close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches, very convenient! We would highly recommend this property!
