This was a great property. We had a very enjoyable stay with plenty of space. Our dog was happy and enjoyed the space also. Very near Indian shores beach and stores for whatever you needed. Kitchen was well stocked. They did not provide gas for the grill, so if you want to grill, then plan ahead for that. The host was nice enough to offer to cover a refill on the tank. We did notice a bit of need to deeply clean floors and master shower, but that was quickly addressed. We loved our stay and would stay again.

The place had all that was needed to have a true stay at home feel and comfort. There can never be a dull moment as entertainment inside and out are several. The location is so perfect to all the beaches and activities. Although if you're traveling with pets, the cost of their stay is just as costly as a person. And I had 2 dogs. You may want to shop around for what works best with your budget. Other than that, we all had a great stay.

We had amazing time with our fur babies ,very pet friendly. Good communication with the host. Near a lot of beautiful beaches.

Overall the house was in a great location. Not far from the beach, plenty of activities in the area. Neighborhood wasn't busy and the house was so stinking cute! Our kids would have been fine leaving the house. Between the pool and the game room, it was hard to get them to bed! 10/10 recommend. Host was also on top of all communication. We had a great time!

We had an amazing stay! This house was perfect for our group. The game room was definitely the highlight, everyone spent hours trying all the fun stuff. The outdoor space was fantastic, with plenty of activities to keep both the kids and adults entertained.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend quality time together, and make great memories with friends from out of town. Bri was responsive and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation home!

Everything about this rental was amazing! The house is adorable and there is so much to do! It was extremely clean upon arrival. Our host was super sweet and helpful. I literally want to live in this home lol

Communication was great! Cute house with lots to do and cute decorations! I would suggest putting a hand towel rack up in bathrooms since there isn’t any counter space, other than that great stay!

What a great place for our family to warm up in the Winter! Layout is wonderful for and our family of six had plenty of space and privacy when wanted. Outdoor area is wonderful for the kids as well as the garage that was laid out as a chill spot. Host was a wonderful and super responsive to questions. One of our favorite short term rentals!

This was a spacious, fun, pet-friendly home with a lot of personality. We truly enjoyed the amenities and all age groups, young and older, took advantage of the pool, games, arcades, and even the firepit. The grill was great, too, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.

A wonderful place to stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host was so very helpful! We all enjoyed the pool, games, and the close proximity to the beach. The neighbors were all very friendly.

Great home! The host was always available and excellent with communication!! Amenities were fantastic!! I wanted to move in it was so nice! You won’t need to go anywhere else, this place has everything!!’ I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Property for Vacation!!

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the property!! The decor and lighting was very aesthetic and exactly what we were looking for! The host is very helpful and responds to messages quickly! I would definitely book again!!

Fun/playful ambiance. Great space & comfortable.

We had 6 adults with room to spare. The house was clean with nice linens & a well equipped kitchen. Offers gathering areas but has plenty of space to spread out. Pool was great and we enjoyed a fire. The host was attentive and responsive and easy to communicate with. Liked the hands off trash collection.

Great game house

The property was very clean and decorated for adventure. There is always something to do. I pretty much stayed at the Mrs, PAC MAN machine lol. Great for relaxing if you never want to leave,

Loved it! We were a group of 4 adults and a 10-year-old. There was plenty of space and very clean. Boredom didn't exist for the adults or the kid. All of the advertised features worked. The arcade games got a lot of action. Hidden tip: the card table in the dining room opens up to become a "Bumper Pool" table. Also, don't get me started on the closet in the primary bedroom. It is MASSIVE! That was awesome.The neighborhood and house were easy to get to, quiet, and felt safe. Plenty of stores nearby. There was adequate outdoor lighting. We went to Indian Shores Beach, a short and easy drive. The host provides all your beach needs: chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, etc. I'm from Florida, so I was aware, but a word of advice for those coming from climates that are not as hot and humid as Florida: keep the shades/drapes on the windows and French doors closed during peak sunlight, especially in the afternoon when the sun reaches the west (backyard/pool zone). A house of that size is hard on the AC, so efforts to minimize outside heat help. The HVAC unit will thank you. :)No doubt I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Worth every penny! My favorite area was the living room—huge, comfy couch with adjustable backs, the softest rug ever, and a massive TV. Overall, the house was equipped to meet any needs, habits, or routines you do at home. I'm very much a homebody who is set in my ways, and this place managed to allow you to fulfill those needs.

Came down for a quick golf trip. The house was perfect for a group of friends. From the pool to the ping pong table, it was a great place to hang in between rounds. Sabrina was an exceptional host. We would definitely stay here again! Matt

Fun family times

Great atmosphere! Lots of things to do at the house. Lots of indoor games and indoor. The only drawback is the stream service issue so we couldn’t watch March Madness . I did reached out to the property manager but didn’t hear back regarding this matter. Other than that, excellent place to stay.

Loved our stay here!

This house caught my eye because of the adorable theme and aesthetic. It did not disappoint in person! The neighborhood was great along with the privacy of the house and outdoor pool area. It is a safe area that was close to all of the stores and restaurants in the city. We were a group of 6 girls and found this house to be the perfect weekend getaway for us. The designs make the mood of the house so fun along with all of the games and activities there are. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and were pleased that it was the perfect temperature upon arrival and into the next day. The host Sabrina was very responsive, informative and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, safe and clean place to stay at!

You get what you see in pictures

The location of the house is in a community and is a short drive to restaurants and Publix grocery store. We opted to drive to Pier 60 which took about 20 minutes (well worth the drive). We had a minor issue with the AC. I messaged the property manager and they were quick to respond. A maintenance person was onsite within a few hours and addressed the issue. Even purchased new fans to help cool while the troubleshoot the issue.
