A Relaxing Coastal Getaway. Enjoy all that the seaside village of Little Harbor Resort has to offer. Privately owned and managed. Newly UPDATED Coastal Inspired studio/condo.

Enjoy 2 heated pools, hot tub, and private beach with beach chair and umbrellas rentals. A Boaters Paradise~ with Two Marinas, Boat Club rentals, Charter fishing, and two waterfront restaurants, Tiki & Sports Bars with Live entertainment on select nights.

Our end unit at "THE INN" at Little Harbor Resort is perfect for a little getaway in old Florida. Nice for peace and relaxation or fill your days with water activities and adventure.

We have recently updated the unit with fresh paint and a deep clean. You will find a Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, small Kitchenette with ALL NEW small appliances: Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, microwave and mini fridge.(other than the microwave, no cooking availability) Two queen beds and mattresses, high quality linens and towels. All windows have NEW custom roll shades for privacy. USB ports and electrical outlets in all 3 new nightstands. This unit is on the second floor of a two story building (no elevator, must use stairs).
Enjoy the beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee with peaceful water views from your private balcony and possible dolphin and manatee sightings. Walk to the beach and enjoy dinner at Sunset Grill or drinks at the Tiki bar while taking in the spectacular sunsets on the beach.

As a reminder this is not a hotel, this unit is privately owned and managed and therefore there is no daily maid service or housekeeping.

We take pride in our unit and we hope you will do the same by keeping it tidy at the end of your stay.

Damage to the unit or items with in will result in additional charges- see Damage Deposit required.

Our stay here was exactly what we needed!! Kim was the best host, our space was clean and had all the extras we needed. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. We’d definitely book to stay here again!!

This was our first time staying in the area and we picked this property based on the reviews. The property is located in an extremely convenient location and everything about it was excellent - the room, the snack basket left and the cold waters in the refrigerator! Communication with Kim was wonderful - and she left great information on the local area and how to navigate getting around the resort. We hope to stay at this property again soon! Highly recommend.

Perfect! Homey! Great view! Great host.. from the minute we made contact with Kim we knew we made the right choice! Once we arrived it not only solidified our choice but went way above the expectations! No reason.to stay anywhere else if staying at Little Harbor!

Stayed at a well clean and supplied room as well as a host that was available when need for any reason. Pool was available as well as a hot tub on the grounds. As well as a friendly and comfortable area to stay.

We loved our stay at 411. Kim has been the best host we ever had. You will find lots of little items in this unit that are included but that she didn't have to keep here such as Splenda, coffee, Beach chairs and plenty of towels. We will definitely be back!

The unit had a great view. There were lots of goodies available for us in the unit, including organic coffee. The location was very peaceful and enjoyable. Communication with the host was great.

This lace was amazing. Kim was an absolutely amazing host, she was so easy to contact with and her description of the place was spot on, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect host. She gave a care basket 2 beach chairs and left you clear instructions.

Kim, our host, was very welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect for our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful spot! Kim also had great suggestions of places to visit. We had a great stay!

Great communication from Kim. Very cute and clean place. Nice view, it was a fun area to stay and walk. Nice linens, cozy beds, coffee and some goodies there for us. It was chilly while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful lanai or beach, it is well stocked for going to the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

Short and sweet stay

This was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Fishing was fantastic and this cute place was the perfect way to relax after a long day fishing. Kim was an amazing host and we are so grateful we chose this property to stay at!

What a beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous views of the water. Every day we saw manatees. The place was immaculate. Kim went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. She is awesome. We would definitely come back to stay. Thank you for everything.

Spartans visiting to get away from the snow

Nice quiet location, perfect for what we wanted. Make sure you eat at Sunset Grill - a gem. Location was perfect for us since we were hitting all the Tigers games for spring training

Quiet and everything you need for an escape

Short Getaway

It was a great time the room is spotless and the manager is outstanding. The resort is very nice and has everything thing you could desire.

I love heing here! Kim does everything she can to make you feel welcome. It is one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Limitless things yo do and see.

Great Times

Kim - we really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the channel behind the unit. Great spot for breakfasts on the porch.

Great place to stay

Kim is an excellent host. She provided everything we needed. We loved watching the dolphins and the pelicans from our balcony. I would recommend it very highly.

We are the original owners of unit 411 at The INN and have just recently taken over the managing of it ourselves. We love our little place in Little Harbor and everything that it offers. Our kids have grown up playing on the beach, making sand castles, swimming in the pools and recently moved on to renting boats and fishing off the pier. Our condo's balcony has always been a source of solitude, watching for dolphin, manatees and Florida's Fowl. We have spent over 30 years in the travel industry and are grateful for the opportunity to travel the globe and still find our place at Little Harbor a perfect place for a peaceful little getaway.
