Completely refurbished. Privately owned, and privately managed.
Great waterfront view to wake up to. There are 2 pools, one heated, both overlooking the water. The beach, restaurants and tiki bar just steps away. Sit on the private patio and watch dolphins, just steps away from fishing out the front door or from the pier. Beautiful sunsets. Truly one of the most peaceful resorts that you will ever visit.

Great Vacation

Condo was very clean and well equipped. Little Harbor is a nice quiet area. Our hosts are easy to contact and very responsive. A very enjoyable vacation.

Very happy with our stay!

The rental unit was lovely. There was a view of the water right from our first-floor window where dolphins swam by. The unit was clean and had all we needed, including a kitchenette. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. He had all the information to us in advance. The area is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.

Just what we needed!

This was our first stay anywhere rather than a hotel. I absolutely loved it. Nicely decorated, everything we needed was there. The view was amazing...open door and water! Will definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet place

Nice and quit place. Two pools and two restaurants in the complex. Easy to check in. Everything we need was there. You need a car, shops are few miles away

Great stay in a great location

I loved staying here. It was clean and just what i needed. I stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every day. It is on the water and ver close to the pool and restaurants.

Preciate the helpfulness

Owners were very considerate. Dishes, soap and dish soap. Nice A/C unit and set up for a solo vacation to relax your mind. Also, it’s 4 and half hrs from Miami. If you’re mobile.

Anniversary getaway

Every detail was appreciated- Brought our groceries/ was able to cook. When we didn’t cook, we just ordered take out from both restaurants. The bed was so comfortable- We needed this stay cay!- Just hung out and fished- took in the sunsets and sunrises… JUST RELAXED and thanked God for His provisions! The Huffs

Great location

We were very happy with the location & the lodging. It had everything we needed. Cute decor. Glad it had a dehumidifier! We dumped the excess water out twice a day! No mold! Yay!! Just note: no shampoo or lotion. Not a biggie, glad I brought some. Planning on going back again!

This is our home away from home this was our 3rd year staying in this unit we love everything about room We could step outside our door every morning to watch sunrise and eating at the Sunset Grill restaurants across street with beautiful sunset I am a walker so great area to walk from on the beach and around the marinas to whole complex Owners are wonderful

Wish We Upgraded

The property was fine, most of it was very well kept and very well decorated for the holidays located away from the hustle and bustle. Especially the condos up front in the complex. I looked at so many condos online and just missed how small this studio condo room was, how the furniture was arranged and how storage was being used. Will do better in the future by renting something larger, my fault. Also, it was our fault for not realizing we didn't have the host's phone number because the directions were totally confusing when we got towards the back of the complex. Our GPS got us in the general right direction but never saw a street sign for where the condo was. We didn't know where the guest service was to know where to turn right or left or that you had to turn right after the sports bar to find the pool side as the directions were written. There were 2 people in the guard house when we arrived, but they would not come out to talk to us. I know many people would love this place. It just wasn't to our liking. It didn't help to drive into the city itself. Trash all down Shell Road and a mattress and box springs thrown out along the road for over a week. If the city wants people to come back for return visits, they need to help out these nice complexes by picking things up better.

There was musty smell in the room that probably couldn't be helped we opened the door to the outside and tried to air it out. The location and amenities of the complex are what make this place wonderful. Pools are clean and well maintained the hot tub was great both restaurants are okay but so close that you can find something in each of them to dine on.

Hidden gem

My best friend and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We had the BEST time! This little property is a hidden gem with 2 pools within just feet, a bar/restaurant that serves food poolside, and another bar/restaurant that has live music. We both saw a dolphin and beautiful sunsets/sunrises. We loved being able to see the water right out the window! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Tranquil paradise

We had an awesome stay and Little Harbor in Ruskin. Very quiet and peaceful. We would go sit on a bench out front and watch the dolphins swim by. The pool & two restaurants are within short walking distance from the unit. Amazing sunsets from The Sunset Tiki Bar & Grill. Great food and the best Key Lime Pine I've ever had. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were great and very informative and responsive to any communications.

A Trip to Remeber

Our stay in 303 was Amazing. Our Room was very clean, its close to all the amenities, 2 Restaurants just steps away which were delicious. We saw and had Dolphin's and Manatees in the bay everyday. The option of private beach or pool to go to can't be beat. My Huni and I will be back for sure =) Thank you for letting us stay in your lil Slice of Paradise

Excellent property

Our stay this property was wonderful. This was our third stay at this property. It was clean and very welll stocked. The location is excellent with two bars and restaurants on the premises. Beautiful sunsets If you wanted, you would not have to leave the property. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.
