This beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA Beach House is only one street from the beach and in an ideal location to all Ocean Lakes amenities! About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. We travel to Ocean Lakes every year, and we absolutely loved staying at Derby Shores. The location of the house was perfect being so close to the pool and beach. There was more than enough room for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

It was a very comfortable and well equipped unit. Communication with the owner was always answered quickly. An excellent location with close proximity to the beach and waterpark. The beds were comfortable. Unit well stocked with towels. Would definitely come back if we were looking to be on the Surfside Beach area again.

This house was perfect for our family of 12 vacation! Everything was clean and well organized. Plenty of kitchen accessories for meals and daily needs. Also plenty of extras, such as beach stuff, grill, soaps and too much to list! The location was perfect for us to have access to the beach and everything ocean lakes has to offer. Great communication with the host! This is the 1st property ive stayed at through vrbo that I didnt have to contact host for issues with the house. It was perfect!!!!

Ocean lakes was absolutely fabulous. The property served its purpose but tbh was kind of dirty. My feet were black after just walking around. Towels were in a basket on top of the washer dirty. They left one clean per room and that was all. The exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom started leaking water because it was so dirty. There was a massive clump of hair and dirt on the little tray that has the shell and checkin book thing like someone had pulled it off the bottom of a broom. When we were leaving we found a receipt from July 10th under our dresser. We stayed at the end of August. Also a couple giant bugs but we were hoping they just got under a door or something. As far as what we needed it for it was fine but plan to clean when you get there

We have had this property for 6 years and never had a complaint of it being dirty. Just the opposite. This is clearly a smear campaign. We stand by our 6 years of outstanding reviews and fantastic cleaning team.

It was a beautiful home with amazing location to the beach! Had loads of room for my family and i for our family trip! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything by we needed. The host were very good at responding to questions and helping us out with anything! The grounds themselves were perfect for all ages, from games and amenities to watching all the golf cart parades, it was perfect.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property really checked all the boxes for our group! The beds were comfortable, each queen room had a ceiling fan and TV and the quad bunk room was perfect for our kids! The property was very clean and it was stocked with the essentials, including sheets! The location was great too, right by the park and beach. Overall a wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay here again!

Beach Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. Ocean Lakes has a great community vibe. The location of this property is on a quiet street but very close to the beach. Lots of amenities available within the resort. The place is well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Communication!

Property owner was very quick on responses and kept us up to date on anything and everything. Amazing location we could walk to the parks and beach! great supply of beach toys and chairs will definitely stay here when booking large groups!

Nice property, clean, comfy. Maybe it was in the listing, I don’t remember, but it would have been nice to know you have to pay for parking.

Wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and in a perfect location. We rented a golf cart but more for the kids to cruise the strip. All the previous reviews about Connie’s quick response is 100% accurate. She was fabulous, just like our stay!
