An elevator that services each floor provides convenience to navigate the 4000 square foot beauty on the ocean. Enchanted Dunes was designed with group gatherings in mind. Enjoy gulf side decks on every floor to spread out comfortably. Located close to tennis clubs and golf courses this home is the perfect spot to hang out with friends and family.
Going Up! Venturing up to the main living area your eyes will dazzle in delight as the elevator doors open to high ceilings, kitchen, and gulf side deck that overlooks the waterfront view. Entertaining and kitchen clean up is a breeze with 2 dishwashers and a separate ice machine.
Gatherings in the main living area are sure to be a hit with Bose Surround Sound, Apple TV, and many more entertainment conveniences.
The main level is host to a king bedroom and bath with whirlpool tub and shower. Moving up to the third level you will find 4 coastal bedrooms suited with 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen/Queen bedrooms with private balconies, and one Double/Double bedroom. Enchanted Dunes was clean and well stocked for our group of 20. We enjoyed our stay here. Quite a walk to get onto the beach but convenient enough. The property needs a little care in places. The closed off kitchen was a little inconvenient for our large group because we cook all of our meals. The grill was not in a covered area so we were unable to use it due to rain. Overall the property was very good. Very comfortable beds. Lots of good appliances, 2 dishwashers and a large Icemaker in the kitchen were great!

We stayed here with 21 family members. It had a moderately well stocked kitchen. The view of the beach was amazing. You walk down from the house deck to the boardwalk and walk past 3 or 4 lots/houses to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. The beach was amazing. There are few hoises around. The beach was not crowded. It was awesome to have each bedroom have a bathroom attached to it.

Awesome Beach Getaway

We loved this property. It was the perfect set up for our 5 families. The property manager was very nice to work with. Some finishing touches and touch ups would make my rating 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Trip

Stayed here for a spring break trip! The location was absolutely perfect! House had a lot of room and was great for a big group. Appreciated all dishes, large pots and pans, and multiple appliances made meal times a breeze! Very responsive!!

A great house for a large family. House can use some TLC…lots of cracked tiles and uneven floors. Some water damage coming in from sliding doors in kitchen. Kitchen could use more cookware.

Annual New Years trip

The property was great, as advertised. The elevator was nice for unpacking and packing but otherwise we did not use it much. Due to the elevator it does create a less open floor plan but for those with issues with stairs it’s a great option. It functioned properly during our stay.

The size of the house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. Rafi was very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Parking was also a huge plus—we comfortably fit seven vehicles.The house is a bit dated and could use some maintenance. There were cracks and uneven spots in the kitchen floor, the oven was very slow to cook, the dryer took a long time to dry clothes, the kitchen refrigerator wasn’t very cold, some doors didn’t lock properly, several balcony chairs and footrests had rips, and the Wi-Fi was very spotty and only worked well in certain areas.The beach access wasn’t our favorite, but we’re used to staying in houses with a shorter walk. The listing photos also make it appear the area is only beach houses, but there are condos directly behind the property, making that section of the beach more crowded than expected. The pool shown in the listing also didn’t appear to be the same community pool we found.We arrived early and waited outside while the cleaning crew finished. Although check-in was at 4:00 p.m., someone was still inside repairing a pipe when we entered. The elevator was also out until Friday. That wasn’t an issue for us, but the maintenance crew was there Friday morning at 9:00 a.m., leaving us without access to the kitchen for about three hours.Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a great time, and the house accommodated our group well.

Great location, beautiful house, responsive host

The house is well maintained and clean, and Rafi responded within hours to our questions and requests, sending over a repair person within 24 hours for a couple of minor issues. Rafi has even offered to mail an item we left. Great experience. The elevator was a huge hit!

Enchanted Week at the beach

The stay was nice as far as the amount of space with 7 beds and baths. The unit was reasonably clean but the only downfall was a little ran down and not at its full potential. A little maintenance it could make this a great place. The manager of the property was responsive to fix the A/C in a timely manner and those units looked fairly new.

Beautiful house/wonderful vacation

Enchanted Dunes is a lovely well kept house. There were 23 of us and a lot of room, however we did have to use 2 double bliw up beds because of the way the way the rooms/beds were configured. The only big problem was the elevator. It was very unpredictable and we had to walk up many times. The home itself was very nicely decorated. The back porch was awesome—many chairs to spend time sitting and visiting with the wonderful Gulf breeze. Definitely recommend.

The house was clean. The elevator was a nice addition. There was no dish towels or pot holders in the kitchen. There was no indoor pool or fitness center that I could find as advertised. Hopefully a few things we pointed out will be fixed.

Great beach front location

The house is older and not quite as clean and new as the pictures show. The Wi-Fi kept coming and going. The living space and front deck are smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. We were a large group so it was a bit tight when we cooked dinner together and hung out all together. But you can’t beat the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and we were able to come and go from the house as needed. Plenty of parking and spots for people to sleep. Just wish it had been cleaner. Four stars because of location.

Satisfying vacation rental

A great property with views of the dunes and ocean. Plenty of space for 15 people, but room for more. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Two refrigerators made for plenty of space for the food we brought. Kitchen ample size with 2 dishwashers and ice maker. Enough dishes for everyone as long as dishwashers were run. Nice deck for ocean-gazing and dolphin-watching, with plenty of seating. Short walk along the boardwalk to the beach. Shower at bottom of stairs for rinsing sandy feet. Elevator works as long as all the doors on each floor are closed.

Beach 2024

House is very accomodating. The walk to the beach is not ideal. I did give 5 stars because apparently I did not read very closely. I thought the boardwalk was straight from house to beach. This is what I have always been used to. It was very helpful that we were able to keep our beach stuff on the beach overnight. If this had not been the case the entire week would have been awful. With kids you have a lot to take to beach each day.

Size and bedrooms were great for our family. One dishwasher did not work. Leaked in one bedroom, kitchen, and porch when it rained. Tv in bedroom did not work. Dryer took forever to dry clothes.
