Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 12 vacationing for fall break! We had a wonderful time at the Easton House! House was clean upon arrival and everything was as expected from pictures. We had plenty of room with the 6 bedrooms. The back deck was perfect and the easy was walk to beach was great for our littles! Only complaint was couple of bedrooms got a little hot at night but fans were located in closets which helped. Overall house was great and we would return.

Overall nice location, but trash outside, really bright LED lights and rust stains on the windows and a trash drawer that wouldn’t stay closed. Great communication and ease of check-in.

We appreciate your feedback. We are very pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit and the great location. Trash pick is only twice weekly and not always on check in days so occasionally there can be trash in the outside cans upon arrival. We appreciated you reporting the issue with the garbage drawer during your stay. Per your request, this was addressed after your departure. We are not exactly sure what you a referring to out the LED lights but all can be turned off at switches. Due to the close proximity to the gulf, the salt air can cause corrosion on the window tracks. We will take a look at this and see if it can be remediated! Thanks for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back for a future stay. Coastal View Vacations

We appreciate your feedback Caryn. We never like to hear a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. Our records indicate that you had an issue with the sliding door upon arrival and our maintenance man was there within a half hour to assist. We also offered to send the cleaning company back immediately to address any cleaning issues. We provide many avenues for communication and have staff that live in the neighborhood that are happy to assist at anytime. This home continues to be one of our most popular rentals with overall positive feedback. We hope you enjoyed the gorgeous views and the wonderful community of Morgantown. Thanks for staying with us. Family getaway

Property was a a superb location! Water was clear and the sand was soft! Rooms were large enough for 5 families to have their separate room and bathrooms. They did have a sand toys and a few beach umbrellas. They had what we needed to make breakfasts, lunch, and dinner. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful! We would stay again!
