Overall a great spot. House is beautiful. Communication from host was great. Beach was a little rockier than we thought it would be but still usable!

Gorgeous River House

Incredible House on the scenic St. Croix River. The house offers beautiful views of the river, a spacious floor plan perfect for a gathering. Marty was a great host to work. We will stay there again!!!

Beyond expectations.

Our extended family came in to MN to spend an extended weekend together. We have stayed in many places for this get together but this place by far was the best experience ever. The house is amazing, the location perfect. Everyone is raving about how fantastic this has been. Absolutely will stay again!!

Mom “renter”

The place was great! Clean and organized with lots of detail about the property when you arrive. Easy rental process and property manager was accessible and friendly. Game room was great as we had 4 older boys with us. Would rent again if in the area.

Family Vaca

Marty was an excellent host! So accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The house was a treat for all ages and so well stocked with everything we needed. The dock and water access were perfect and the location was SO convenient. For people wanting to rent a boat the Beanie Marina was literally a block away. There was a park a couple of blocks away that kept our 2 year old entertained too. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Joan and her family were truly great guests. They left house the way they found it. They even did a lot of the laundry which saved my cleaner a lot of time. We would love to host them again.

Great place! Would book again!

The property owner was fantastic to work with. The home is very spacious and beautiful. Wonderful features. Gorgeous kitchen and well stocked coffee bar. Spacious bedrooms and lots of room. Due to weather we couldnt use the beach. But yard and patio were large. Would go again for sure! Highly recommended!

Girls Weekend/Bridal

We stayed over a long weekend and had an amazing time. The house was perfect, large kitchen, nice bedrooms, and gorgeous outdoor space. Neighbors were amazing and even asked if there was a preferred time for them to mow their own lawn so they didn't affect our ambiance. Marty was great at communication, he set up the beach with chairs for the number of people we had, and provided firewood for backyard fires. We hope to make this an annual trip!
