This was a great property. It is an older home and has its older home quirks, but they did not hinder our comfort, sense of security, or stay. It’s a great fenced yard for our dogs with green grass and great shade from the tree. The additional space in the basement also offered perfect privacy and idea of distance for our teenage daughter. It also stayed nice and cool down there for dogs in their kennels while we were out. If we are ever in Wichita again, we would definitely book again!

Host was extremely responsive to question of porch swing, which had to be removed due to result of wind and window safety. Neighborhood was exactly as described and neighbors friendly when out walking our dog. Would definitely stay again.

In town to visit relatives with our 2 dogs. The yard is perfect for dogs. Older home was very clean and welcoming. Alex is a great host and was very responsive to a unexpected medical issue and made it possible for an early checkin.

Early Thanksgiving

I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the street was. Not much traffic. Easy access to everything. We had 6 people over for dinner and there was plenty of room. Nice clean house. Enjoyed our stay.

Most definitely a stay for next time

We came to Kansas for a funeral from Texas and there was nothing to worry about for our stay! The house was clean and description of the house was spot on and we received check in information days in advance. To stay in an older home that was remodeled but kept the timeless features was amazing, took us back to our childhood homes. We had a little issue but it was fixed in a blink of an eye! We will definitely be back again next time we come to Kansas

Awesome Bungalow

The home is centrally located and you can get to anywhere in Wichita within minutes. The home was very clean and ,arched the description online perfectly. There is a large backyard that was perfect for our dogs. There is a very nice long driveway that allows you to park vehicles off the street which is a very nice option.
