It was clean and quiet most of the time. We had sirens one night, cicadas every night and geese in the mornings. Overall, it was a good visit.

April/May 2024 Stay in Wichita, KS

This is a nice quiet small 2-bedroom house in a working family neighborhood. It is a very cozy place to stay. Very comfortable bed with small kitchen and living area. TV in all rooms with internet and cable. Very nice place to stay. Close to downtown and the Delano District. Great communication with the host.

The house is in an “older neighborhood “ BUT is a quiet and clean area. When we got there we walked in to the smoke alarm beeping low battery, but Alex was there within 5 minutes of us calling!! The house is a bit off the street so there was no street noise either. Will definitely stay again!
