Hi James, thanks for the great review! We do have cable TV. There should have been instructions on how to use it in the TV stand.

Excellent stay. Very clean and easy parking. The owner keeps plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and other home amenities to make the stay feel more like home. Very quiet. About an Hr and half from Zion and an hour and half from the airport. Perfect spot. Will be staying here again if I am in mesquite again.

Mesquite 2024-25

The property was just as shown on the VRBO app - very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 8. The location is perfect - close to casinos, sports complex, stores and restaurants. The hostess responded immediately to my questions. I’d definitely book this property again.

Perfect for 2 couples

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo. There were 2 couples in our group. The upper loft with a privacy barrier and bathroom allowed us to share the unit as a group and in separate areas as couples. We definitely will rent this unit again.

Awesome Mesquite Condo for Our Golf Vacation!

Jessica is an excellent host and we loved the property. The condo is clean, comfortable and very quiet. The neighbors we met were all very friendly, and we used the hot tub every evening after golf! The golf courses we played were all really close by too. We'll be back! Thanks again, Dave (NH)
