THE ANNEX is located 10 minutes walk from the town with its old center, its museum, its Provençal market, its cinema and all the shops and public services.

Less than an hour from the SEA
One hour from the Verdon gorges with its lakes, canoeing, rock climbing, etc.
Numerous ponds nearby, rivers, waterfalls, hikes, equestrian centers, swimming pool, tennis, karting and wine estates where you can taste the slopes of Provence.

We will welcome you with pleasure for a stay of relaxation and serenity in a Zen and family place.
This house of 38 m2 is independent and not overlooked.
The countryside in the city surrounded by vegetation, calm guaranteed for a relaxed stay.

Housing :
Comprising a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room (sheets are provided)
Kitchen area, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils.
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towels,
Living room with 140 cm convertible sofa, dining area with round table and 4 chairs, television with Freebox, WIFI and air conditioning,

The exterior:
Vehicle space, relaxation area and enclosed garden not overlooked, sun lounger, barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor Jacuzzi for 4 people open from April to the end of October

Comments:
The house is located on our property with independent access, it is designed for 2 people but a convertible sofa is located in the living room to possibly accommodate 4 people since there is a convertible sofa (request for additional people).
The house is non-smoking.
A deposit will be requested and returned upon your departure after the inventory.
A cleaning fee of €50 for long rentals.
