Older unit. Pretty rundown but fairly reasonable for price. The extra blankets were dirty. However, the balcony view was wonderful and is actually about 100 steps to beach.

Great place on the beach

This really was a great stay and great place just feet from the beach. It was comfortable and clean, and the renter was available with questions.

Older building, older unit but everything was in good working condition. Kitchen very well stocked, beds comfortable and the view of the ocean and overall location was amazing!! If I have the opportunity to return to North Myrtle I hope this unit is available.

Comfortable Stay

Had a very good stay. Most important thing we look for is a clean rental and this unit fit the bill. Easy access to the beach, great view from the balcony and ease of access to parking made our stay very enjoyable.

Fun place

Great location right on the beach, comfortable and close to lots of golf and great restaurants. Host was very accommodating. Condo could use some minor upgrades but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there !

Great location, right on the beach. Nice big patio with table and chairs looking out on the ocean. Was able to reach host with no problem. Would book again

The location of the property is awesome! Easy to get to. The balcony was awesome with a great view of the ocean! We had everything we needed. The property owner responded promptly to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay at this property! I would stay again!

Awesome

This was the 2nd year I have booked this place. I love the location. It is close to most everything we like to do while at the beach. It is right on the beach which is awesome. Any queations I have ever had have been answered quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

So peaceful!

What a wonderful experience! The unit was just as described, clean and so cozy. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching/listening to the ocean and the unit is so close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked - we had everything we needed. In addition, the complex is very quiet and inviting. Can’t wait to go back again!

Would recommend

My husband and I stayed here with our two children. Check in was super easy, parking was convenient and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and being able to walk right out on the beach. The unit was clean and provided all our needs. Property owner was polite and responsive to my messages in a timely manner. There is also a pullout couch that came in handy. Unit is conveniently located to near a grocery store as well. Would recommend!

1st Visit to Myrtle Beach

The condo was as described. We like the fact it is a smaller complex. The condo reminded us of a beach cottage. The area is quiet and so was the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. The couch could be replaced but isnt a deal breaker. Bed was comfortable. The beach was clean and not crowded. Neil was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again if in the area.

Perfect ocean front view and access.

Having the ocean front view and easy access is very important to us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We did have concerns about the individual room a/c units since we had not had them in the past stays. The units worked fine in keeping the rooms comfortable. I actually looked at availability for next year, but not available for our dates.
