I don't know if you have been to Cabo before or if you are familiar with the area, this penthouse is located on the main beach, the only safe beach to swim and where the nice restaurants, bars, and all the fun stuff, also 1 block away from down town. This penthouse studio is the best location in Cabo AND the resort.we are in the only building in the resort that is beach front and yes, you get DAILY MAID SERVICE and ALL the usual services that come with a 4 and a half star resort like towels and use of all the areas; gym, spa, beach club, room service, concierge, activities, restaurants,, etc.... Awesome location.

Location, Location.....

This is an amazing location, walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive to our needs while staying. Anyone looking to visit here, this is a must stay, we will be back for sure!!

Perfect location lovely condo

We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful, extremely clean and the location can’t be beat. The only thing I would warn about is the noise from late afternoon until about 11:00pm. Being located in the best spot in the building all of the beach front bars are just below and they play really loud club music from about 3-11pm.

The property host apparently double booked the property. we showed up in mexico and had no place to stay! Hotel reservations then took advantage of our situation. property host claims she is refunding my money, still dont have it all!

Incredible Views !

Overall a great condo. There are two listings for this one property. So it is a little confusing when searching to book. The air conditioning does not cool too well in the living area and master bed area. It blows cool but not cold and wouldn't cool down below 23 Celsius. Maintenance looked at it twice during our 5 days to no avail. However the views take your mind of the interior !!!

Location location location

Location location location!!!! This place has it all. It has beautiful beach and awesome restaurants and bars and it’s located right in the heart of the action when you want to walk around. There’s also live music at the brewery on the top floor and it was awesome! The only Goofy thing was the woman who pretended she was going to check us into the hotel was actually trying to sell us timeshares.

Perfect location

The room itself was beautiful and clean! The location was great too! My only set back was that it was not too quite. Music is pretty much always playing and you can kind of hear it from inside the room. But if music is not a big deal to you, then it is 100% a perfect place.

Great location!

Great location if you want to be near great restaurants and right on the swimming beach. You can walk everywhere. The room is just a bedroom off the penthouse but has a very nice bathroom. It has a balcony but right now there is construction going on near by. We rented the penthouse for one night and it was beautiful.

Great location, clean, nice view

We couldn’t get hot water to shower, which was a bummer. But the room was nice. Missing a couple of basics - small table on the deck, tissues, wash cloths. Not a big deal. Overall very nice. Would stay here again and work out the hot water thing. Lively location, walk to great restaurants and the beach/view are 2nd to none. Baja Brewery on top floor has the best view in the city!

Great resort, misleading photo of room location

Things we enjoyed: Excellent resort location in the heart of Medano beach (really perfect), friendly staff with no hassle at check-in, lovely pools, and good restaurants. This hotel is as close as you can get to The Office, Mango Deck, and Baja Brewing (when you need a break from the Coronas and Modelos). We had a great time on the beach, and the bed was a very comfy place to crash after we wore ourselves out. The room is also very well insulated, and there's very little noise from the pool or beach parties. Problems: We feel misled about the exact location of this suite, and that is the reason we are giving it three stars. One of the photos shows a red photoshopped rectangle around (presumably) this property location, the left hand half of which is clearly ocean facing. Be aware that the suite listed in Property ID 324501 occupies *ONLY THE RIGHT HAND THIRD* of that red rectangle. It is NOT a direct ocean front room as might be reasonably inferred from that photo. In fact, the rooms farther from the beach probably have less obstructed views. We hope this is an oversight on the part of the owner, and not an intentional deception. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we likely would not have paid what we felt was an ocean front premium had we better understood the room layout. We found all other room photos on the profile to be accurate.

Best View in Cabo!

The view is absolutely amazing! It was a pleasure dealing with Valerie and would do it again. Her suite is the best in the entire hotel and within walking distance from anything you need.

Best suite in ALL of Los Cabos!!!!

We LOVE this penthouse unit so much we are coming back in December and again in March :) just the best LOCATION I Cabo and the resort. Valerie was very nice and easy to deal with and everything went so smooth. We had full hotel service, amenities and our rate was 35% lower then the rack rate so we where super happy with it all (more money for margaritas!) hope you all enjoy it as much as we did! Always an adventure

The best Location and the best studio in the resort!!!

We absolutely fell in love with our studio when we checked in!!! What a beautiful view, convenient, wonderful service, beautiful and close to everything. Love just walking my downstairs to our favorite 3 restaurants in Cabo, the office, Edith's and esquina bar are with in a block. We are staying here next year for sure!! We had such a great time that we are coming back in February!

This was our 5 th trip to Cabo and the best place we have ever stayed BY FAR. You can't beat the location of this resort and the unit is simply beautiful! It was hard for us to leave that beautiful room. All was easy to book, all services where included, hassle free, amazing staff, fun for everyone, the best restaurants are literally in the same block of the resort and our favorite beach restaurant "the office" is next to our own beach club (also amazing) Baja cantina on the beach. I can go on and on... We just got back a few weeks ago and we already booked it for February LOL

Cabo Villas

We had adequate communication with Valerie Dora Sandoval Ojeda prior to our trip. Nothing over the top, but adequate. It took a couple of days for each e mail response (not a huge deal). She said she would send transportation info, and didn't (again, not a huge deal). The big deal was when we pulled up to Cabo Villas reception area and our names were not on the check-in list. I gave them Valerie's name and they said they would contact her and wait for her response. So we sat and waited for 2 hours while Time Share Sales People took great advantage of us sitting like open ducks in their lobby. When I booked the room with Valerie, I confirmed thru many e mails that we were reserving a specific room number (Beachfront Penthouse "Studio" Main Beach). She confirmed over and over thru writing as well as thru a video that we where sure to get that room. Well as you could have guessed, we were placed in a different room. It was overlooking the pool which wasn't horrible, but we had to keep our shades closed, as people sitting at the pool had a straight thru view of our room. Gotta love pool Karaoke hour! And really loud 80's American music. Not my favorite. We would have much preferred a view of the ocean, as requested. Over all I give Valerie and Cabo Villas a 3 rating. Very average. Nothing over the top.

Fabulous spot!

We rented this condo and had a great experience! From my first contact, Val couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The condo is exactly as pictured, the fact that she puts up the video tour of the property is great, because we knew exactly what to expect. The condo is spotless and perfect for two! The location is fabulous, a quick walk to restaurants, downtown and the marina. We also felt the the staff at CV to be so concerned with their guests safety, with increased security during spring break time. I definitely noticed the different experiences people had based on how they booked. There are a lot of time share members who come 3 times a year who just love the place.. mostly couples in mid-50s who had more energy and drinking capabilities than I! Guests who booked directly at the hotel seemed to have mixed reviews based on rooms, etc but we didn't experience any of that. The service on the beach, throughout the hotel and at the several restaurants is really excellent, they do a great job and these guys work their butts off starting at 7am. Honestly cannot complain about a single meal I had, and I am an incredibly picky eater! I was so hesitant to order sushi, saw it walk by me and then ended up having several times. amazingly fresh. There is so much to do here and everything is within walking distance, also tons of water activities, parasailing, jet skies, paddle boarding, you name it. Wifi is spotty but works fine near pool or lobby area, tv is not great (maybe 2 channels) but who's watching tv when they are in Cabo? We spent very little time in the room! I've seen a few other people comment about the pool, and honestly I think there are a few reasons why it's there, besides the fact that they clearly had no other place to put it. The ocean and beach are so fabulous, crystal clear water, but even in March it was 90 in the sun... very hot! So it was actually nice to come up in the afternoon and take a dip in the pool, (spotless and so clean btw) that's shaded so you're not continuing to fry. We highly recommend this property, we can't wait to come back.

We still live here and have a house on the beach on the corridor but we keep this condo to relax and hang out on the beach so we can have nice dinners hang out on our bread new roof top 360 and not have to drive anywhere!!
