Cute Villa in the heart of Anna Maria!

Palm Court Villas are located in the heart of Anna Maria Village with a short stroll to great local restaurants, shops, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away. You have direct beach access to one of the best beaches on the Island. This section of beach has great shade trees to cool off and relax!

Enjoy the open courtyard with tables and umbrellas. This updated villa has tile floors, a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dishes and utensils, beautiful linens, and comfortable furnishings in the living and dining room. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave, plus a charcoal grill for cookouts. For added convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. King bed and Queen bed. Villa A sleeps 4, but combine with Villa B to sleep a party of 8!

This lovely unit also includes a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, insulated cooler, and sand toys, so you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay!

Not bringing a vehicle? No problem! Anna Maria Island has a FREE Trolley service up and down the Island. The Palm Court Villas are conveniently located to a Trolley stop--it is just up the street at the corner of Magnolia Ave and Gulf Drive.

Wireless internet, expanded cable, and free long-distance calling in the U.S.

Flexible check in days for most of the year--with the exception of holidays. Friday arrivals and departures during Peak Season.

Beach chairs were in bad shape, some unusable. Second bath shower to strong to use. Otherwise all was great.

The spot to be

We did not realize how close Magnolia Avenue was to all of the places we wanted to see or experience. Loved being able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to be—and sunset swimming was stunning.

Great family vacation

Could not think of a better location by the beach for our family vacation. Property was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was as advertised.

Great long weekend getaway with my husband, son and his girlfriend.

Very clean. Loved the tasteful decor. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect

The check in process was smooth. The property was very clean. All the beach amenities were great to have, especially because we were from out of state and couldn’t bring everything on the plane. The location was perfect and close to everything: beach, cafes, trolley, ice cream. Would def return again.

The Perfect Place!

The location and cleanliness of the unit make this the perfect place to stay! We were within walking distance of both sides of the island, and multiple shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise. The fact that it's a 2 bdrm, 2 bath also makes it so much more enjoyable. Cute, updated decorations also make it more relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place and location

This place was perfect for my wife and I for a getaway. Having never been to AMI, we could not have found a better location. Walkable to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Communication was excellent, cleanliness was excellent and was even ready several hours before normal check in which was perfect timing for us as we were able to get to the beach right away. We loved this place and all 5 stars for a reason. Thanks

We stayed for two week through the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday. This place was such a great find, what a gem! In the heart of it all. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was quick. This place had it all. Kitchen was was well stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals or to just enjoy making a cup of coffee. The chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach were supplied and so great to have. Will definitely stay again. Very easy check in and check out process. Can’t wait to return!!

Perfect home & location on AMI!

This home seemed too good to be true at first when my husband and I began our hunt for the best spot to rent on AMI. I’m here to say it did not disappoint! Walking distance not only from some of the best restaurants on the island, but also from the beach! The condo was the perfect size for us and had so many charming features. We couldn’t be more excited to travel back to AMI!

Loved AMI!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we will be going back to Anna Maria Island! The place was clean and the check in process went smoothly. The location is truly PERFECT! Very short walk to the beach, coffee/breakfast at Ginny and Jane's each morning, and easy walk down Pine Ave to city pier! Beach gear was also perfect as we flew in from out of town they have everything you need for the beach. It would be a wonderful place to take back our boys and we look forward to doing so in the future. I only have 2 complaints and very minor complaints. 1. The AC unit is extremely loud. Every time it came on it had a loud clicking noise along with the air pressure coming through. This woke us both up multiple times each night. I'm not a light sleeper I've slept through a fire alarm before which I am not proud of and I never thought I'd complain about something like this. 2. Since it was off-season I couldn't get ahold of the realty office to request a later check out. I did not press hard as I didn't want to call the emergency line for that but it really would have been nice to extend by an hour so we could enjoy a little more time rather than sitting at the airport. I still highly recommend but wanted to share my minor complaints.

I chuckle when new acquaintances seem genuinely surprised when I say I'm a native Floridian. Yes, there are some, and I am, indeed, one. Born in Tampa my family moved to Anna Maria in the early 60s. The landscape has certainly changed since those early years, but in many respects, Anna Maria has retained its small-town feel. It is truly a gem on the Florida West Coast.

I feel very fortunate to split my time between two of the most beautiful places in the country - New York's Hudson Valley and Anna Maria Island. I've tried to make the updated furnishings at Palm Court Villas as comfortable and convenient as if I were staying there year-round. My goal is to make you feel at home as I do. I know you're going to love the unit's close proximity to wonderful tree-shaded beaches and a variety of dining and shopping options.

I look forward to having you as a guest and wish you happy vacationing!
