Seeking a private piece of Anna Maria Island charm? This Anna Maria rental is ideal for a small family, a romantic escape, or a long overdue, quiet catch-up with close friends. Palm Court is an updated villa which sleeps 4, making it perfect for smaller groups. But don’t let the small size fool you, Palm Court Villas has everything you need for the ultimate vacation.

Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When you’re ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island.

The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill.

So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer.


Flexible check in days for most of the year--with the exception of holidays. Friday arrivals and departures during Peak Season.

Beautiful, cozy and beachy place, the interior was immaculate and pristine ! Super close to beach and awesome restaurants and ice cream parlors! Everything we needed and more ! The perfect little getaway! Will definitely return to this coastal gem !

This was a great property with what I think was a good well rounded location. It’s been updated, was clean, and has all the modern amenities you could need. It’s not right on the beach (5 minute short walk), but given its easy access and proximity to restaurants and convenience stores with provided beach equipment for us to use, it was easily made up for. They also had a washer/dryer which was very nice.There were major no issues or downsides to the property. I suppose if I were to nitpick I would say the beach equipment could have been refreshed as it was a little worn but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back.I would recommend it to a family of up to 4 any time and would stay there again. We had a great visit.

Very comfortable simple vacation spot. Three of us fit comfortably, everything was clean & convenient. Great location, a block from the beach. And an easy walk to a number of places to eat & shop. Quiet neighborhood, but there are some restaurants close by to listen to music or grab a drink. Everything we needed was there, bed sheets, blankets, beach towels, kitchen supplies and coffee maker! Spent time sitting at our front porch area with table & chairs, just to be outside! Very handy to have that. Minimal effort to rent, check in & check out. Plenty of parking. Rented a golf cart, was the best decision for touring the island and basically getting around the island and getting chairs, umbrella to the beach. No complaints! Denise P.

This villa was just perfect for our vacation. We loved the beach chic vibe of the villa. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach every day and used the chairs, umbrella and wagon provided at the unit. It's a quick walk to all the shops on Pine Street and the AMI trolley stops on the corner. Highly recommend staying here!

I chuckle when new acquaintances seem genuinely surprised when I say I'm a native Floridian. Yes, there are some, and I am, indeed, one. Born in Tampa my family moved to Anna Maria in the early 60s. The landscape has certainly changed since those early years, but in many respects, Anna Maria has retained its small-town feel. It is truly a gem on the Florida West Coast.

I feel very fortunate to split my time between two of the most beautiful places in the country - New York's Hudson Valley and Anna Maria Island. I've tried to make the updated furnishings at Palm Court Villas as comfortable and convenient as if I were staying there year-round. My goal is to make you feel at home as I do. I know you're going to love the unit's close proximity to wonderful tree-shaded beaches and a variety of dining and shopping options.

I look forward to having you as a guest and wish you happy vacationing!
