Completely restored with all new kitchen and appliances, new flooring and all new furnishings just as cute!

Welcome to Naut 2 Shabby Cottage! This 1922 Old-Florida-style cottage pool home is the front unit on the property, located on Pine Avenue just half a block from the Anna Maria City Pier and Tampa Bay, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rent a bike or catch the free Island Trolley to explore the Gulf end of Pine Avenue in just a few minutes' ride!

At the home, you'll be charmed by the eclectic and homey decor. The backyard was made for fun in the sun! The private heated pool sports a basketball hoop, there's a hot tub nestled next to the gorgeous tropical landscaping and soft, springy turf surrounds the pool. Complete with Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a 4-top table with umbrella, you'll have everything you need right at the house!

The interior is nice and cozy and includes updated amenities such as a large flat-screen SmartTV, fully equipped brand new kitchen with stainless appliances and recently updated interior. The dining area in the sunny enclosed front porch easily seats six.

There are three bedrooms in this historic cottage. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom featuring a turn-of-the-century bathtub equipped with a handheld sprayer. The second bedroom has a King bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The second bathroom has a shower and is located just outside the bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available as well, located in a standalone laundry room shared with the property's rear unit.

This ground-level cottage will feel like your home-away-from-home! The cottage sleeps 8. To sleep an additional 2- 4 guests check out Naut 2 Shabby Bungalow to rent along with the Cottage to sleep a total of up to 12 guests.

Flexible Check-in and checkout days --with some exceptions for holidays and certain times of the year—and never on Sundays.

This was an excellent property that we stayed in for Labor Day weekend. In particular, we loved the pool and the hot tub. Most importantly, this was a great location with walking distance to the pier walking distance to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this rental.

House was clean, it was easy to get a hold of the host. Hot tub and pool was a great way to relax by after a long days at the beach. Would rent this place again and again. I liked the privacy of the backyard.

Place was great. Nice to have a private pool. Only issue we did not know about is that the master bedroom there is no door separating the toilet/tub. And the master bedroom the bed is smaller than the other bedroom. But it worked out fine.We also did not realize there was a shed in between the two rentals that had beach, chairs, wagon, inflatables, etc.,until the second day, but I probably just missed it on the listing.

Wonderful location, everything you need for kids and very clean! Loved the persistent but very effective pool alarm on the back door for peace of mind with small children. Pool is also great for younger children with a wading area. Backyard felt like an oasis!

The property was cleaner and better organized than we could have even hoped for. Two minor items, we could never get the spa to “warm up” beyond the temperature of the pool and both of the wagons for bringing beach gear had broken handles. Overall the location and property exceeded expectations. We would go back.

Great place to stay! Only downside was that the hot tub was not operational. Otherwise, inside/outside facilities were great and location was excellent!
