Riverfront fishing and floating getaway

Osage and Kings River Fishing- Floating access right at your back door. Located 1 mile from the city limits, and 10 min drive to Eureka Springs, AR, directly on the Osage River, which flows into the Kings River. Two rivers in NW Arkansas that provide some of the best Smallmouth fishing in the state. This property is a home perfect for a group wanting to spend time on the river. Directly on the water, it provides a beach, where the kids (or adults!) could camp, build a campfire, swim, and explore the 10 acres it provides. Sleeps 6, absolutely perfect for a fishing / floating trip. It is just a two bed room. But is a large older home. It is secluded and not a lot of traffic on the road which makes it very quiet. We just got WiFi!!!

Country Farm House

We so enjoyed the location. We so enjoyed watching the deer, had seven doe's one morning playing in the yard, the two small bucks came later in the day. The crows were fun to watch as well as all the birds in the bird feeder. Had a fun time, fixed some great meals, saw some great country, and met some very nice people.

Wonderful Older Home

We greatly enjoyed the peacefulness of this place. It was as advertised and communication with the owner was good. Lots of deer! Fishing was not good due to high water, but I did manage to catch a few. River is not too far from the house.

Quiet and Relaxing

Very nice older home. Loved the large yard. I think my dog's loved the open well kept yard. Easy access to the water. Not far from downtown Eureka Springs.

Amazingly peaceful location

This house was the perfect getaway, nestled in nature but close to Berryville and Eureka Springs. I loved the large yard, cozy reading space outside and the sunroom for rainy days. It was a very comfortable stay!

Homey, comfortable, and very welcoming

Wonderful place and accommodating hosts

This was the perfect place for our family getaway with it being a country setting and yet close to stores when we needed. Close to Eureka Springs, so much to see. We loved the property, the house, the history, the creek and river. We look forward to returning there again.

Nice and quiet

The house was clean and had several unique decorations. It’s definitely quiet and perfect for a getaway off the beaten path but close to amenities. The creek was not reasonably accessible for swimming while we were there. The price is reasonable. Overall pretty good place for a family

Great Location and close the river

Easy drive to any and all activities in the area. The short walk to the river was great and the river is a great place to play and sit buy. Plenty of room on the property. Great price for what you get.

Such a Cool Property

This is not your luxury BnB, and we were not looking for one. What it IS: comfy and what a great layout! Being from Texas I forget how others have the terrain to build into the hillside.. loved being able to bring dogs through the basement after rinsing them down! The creek was flowing low, so we took dogs to the river Nearby after the owner suggested it.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in.

It was myself, husband, our 3 adult children +my oldest son’s fiancé and our dog Aspen. The property is gorgeous and very peaceful. We all loved the vintage charm and the history on the house and learning about Helen. Great spot, beds were comfy and so much more. We had a great time.

Quiet getawaay

Easy access to Eureka Springs and all it attractions. Very peaceful setting. Check in very easy. Clean enough. Beds ok. Affordable for the space. Would recommend.

Great Getaway

I spent the weekend with my family there and had a really relaxing weekend. We loved the old house and its quirks. The only downside was that we didn't have cell service in the house but it just forced my kids to spend time together.
