Includes two full bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, full furnished kitchen on large serene lot adjoining Leatherwood creek and nestled up against the bluff of East Mountain yet within easy walking distance to the shops, clubs and restaurants of downtown Eureka Springs. Free parking for up to five cars. Enjoy the peaceful Ozark surroundings but leave your car at the cottage and enjoy the nightlife of Eureka Springs.

We love staying here! Gary is the best host. This is about our 4th or 5th stay over the years. We bring our dogs and enjoy the short walk to town. If you love old houses with charm, this is your place. Plenty of parking too! Very clean and comfy !!

We had a great stay at this cute historic cottage in downtown Eureka Springs! The location was close to all the shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions. It was comfortable, cozy, and made a great home base for our family of fourWe really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This is the sweetest little place ever. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room and the house itself was just delightful. Wonderful host and I'm sure we'll be back!

Excellent cottage to stay in for our daughter’s wedding! It was clean and beds were super comfy. Host was super accommodating and made check in and check out easy Location was really close to downtown yet quiet and serene. We would definitely book again

Nice historical cottage with antique furniture. Close enough to downtown to walk and only five minutes by car. Beds were very comfortable. Stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time there. Great location. It was quiet and a short walk to the shops. Plenty of room for parking. 2 sitting porches. Nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi's and a shower. Dining room and living room and plenty of places to sleep. Very comfortable. Pet friendly. My dog loved the place; she was very comfortable there. Everything worked great and the owners were very responsive. We had a very enjoyable stay!

This home is in the center of everything, we were in for a wedding. The outside of the house and grounds were the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding pictures. We did the wildlife refuge and the safari both plus hit Branson, Onyx cave and more. The house offers the excitement of the shops in town and the quiet to relax. It was clean upon arrival and contact with the host was easy

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location and is walking distance to downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and check in / check out was a breeze. I hope I have the chance to stay again!

Host was very helpful with the information before arriving to our destination. Once there , we enjoyed everything about the property as usual. It’s our favorite place to get away. We make so many memories there and we intend on going back.
