Amazing experience!!!!!

Very nice, very clean, very spacious. I’ve stayed in this beautiful house 3 times. And it’s always the best time, waking up right on the river. Great experience and beautiful memories, Thank You Ruben for sharing your home with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location not so clean and bad AC

The location is amazing and the host was great but unfortunately there was what looked like roaches in the house one even crawled up my daughters arm while laying on the bed and The AC in the main upstairs during the day was ok but at night it was insanely hot and the AC thermostat is locked so we could not control the temp which was a huge bummer because it was set at 75. The rooms down stairs have portable AC but they did not work at all. We spent most of our day in the river which the location was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Sorry to hear of this, you never reached out with these issues during your entire stay. I encourage future guests to read all our reviews which never states these experiences. Throughout your stay, you had over the max occupancy at the house, who left doors open for a significant amount of time, during a heatwave of Temps in the 120's, which could've allowed insects in. In review of camera footage, you left food and trash out in the patio areas, which usually attracts bugs and critters. I'm sorry you couldn't work the thermostat properly, because guests do lower it to 71 during this heat. As for the AC units downstairs, we could have walked you through operating them instead of not using them.

Clean and nice.

Very nice property with beautiful view. Very clean. But two bedrooms don’t have direct access to a restroom (you have to go outside and into the main living space) and also did not seem to have heating or A/C. Property manager nice to work with.

Riverhouse served us well !

House has good vibes, nothing fancy but doesn't claim to be....so, be sure to read entire OVERVIEW so there will be no surprises. Needed a place to stay for our sons' tournament in Laughlin, with the river nearby, it was a no-brainer I needed to find a rental. This home served us well with only a couple bummers like only TV in living room, no fans at all in house ( not even ceiling fans ), these river houses are stacked together so can be very loud w/ little privacy, bonus room is not connected to house. It's down stairs, on way to river, so if there're any mobility issues, this may not be a good fit. To maximize usage of this home, a watercraft of some sort would've made this a lot more fun...but water was heavenly clear and fun to spend time together in....note, you're in an inlet, off the main river. Reubens was very kind, everything was easy. Highly recommend for large gatherings due to many available beds.

Thank you for your honest review and booking our Home Away From Home. Your reservation was on a SUMMER WEEKEND, ON the river, so it is fair to expect the Riverfront properties to be very busy. The ACCESSIBILITY section under AMENITIES of the description does describe the bottom bonus room, which IS attached to the house, but is only accessible from outside. As noted, we are in a NO WAKE ZONE as described, which is definitely part of the main river. Thank you again.

Home away from home

What can I say other than this place was perfect. We loved every minute of it. Such a beautiful site of the river every moment of the day. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. We love it and I would refer this place to anyone.

Vega Family Riverhouse

This Riverhouse was amazing!!!🤩. It was cozy, and accommodated 10 of us!! Ruben was very friendly and easy to communicate with and was available with any and all questions that I had. The balcony and patio on the riverfront was awesome.... especially the patio, it provided plenty of shade during the day. On top of that, shipping and stores are super close. Definitely would book this house again!!!

Women's Softball tourney

My Women's Softball team stayed here (10 women): its a Gorgeous River front house with boat dock close to launch ramp and beautiful views. Easily accommodated my team with Spacious living areas and multiple bathrooms with Amazing water pressure. close to main shopping areas, sports fields and casinos. Definitely can't wait to go back!
