RIVERFRONT HOME SLEEPS UP TO 14

Enjoy this RIVERFRONT retreat with your own private dock and store jet skis on overnight float. You'll be directly across from Big Bend beach so shuttle over for day use or put your chairs & floaties in our river rock area and watch the watercrafts, kayaks and people tubing down river.

This RIVERFRONT rental is in a quiet family neighborhood, perfect for that family reunion. Covered balcony with fans and evening lighting and lower covered patio too. BBQ grill provided so bring your propane for that carne asada. The sunset on the Colorado River with panoramic views are so relaxing. Bring your water chairs, life jackets, & floaties and EZ up for extra shade & don't forget the ice chest.

House and river level have stairs. Main level (king bedroom, den 2 twins & L/R queen sofa sleeper) master bath shower/toilet. Lower-level w/spiral stairs. Has queen bed & queen sofa sleeper with shower/toilet. Separate unit (casita) queen bedroom & living room queen sofa sleeper. Lots of driveway parking (about 5-6 cars) or for boat trailer plus 1 covered carport.

-Full kitchen main house and kitchenette/frig in Casita.
Keurig/crockpot/blender/large menudo pot/pans and all dishes you need for great meals.
-Smart TVs in both living rooms and upper master bedroom & lower level bedroom
- Wireless internet/network
-Laundry room with Washer and Dryer located in main house
-Linens and bath towels included
-Posada Cleaning service assures you will find our river vacation home clean and stocked

-Maximum # guest is 14. We have sleeping for10 in the house and 4 in the casita.
-No Smoking in house although allowed 15ft from entry/windows, Sorry No Pets
-NO FIREWORKS or Water Balloons of any kind
-River water levels controlled by Davis dam. Check link below for planning your day.

-Colorado River host many animals. Racoons, skunks, beavers, and the annoying seasonal caddisfly. We can't control them as we are in their natural environment.
-Dockside minimart walking distance on Hancock with beer/ice/propane
-Smith's grocery 1.5 miles from your stay
-Domino's delivers down to your dock and several great restaurants within 2 mile drive
-Uber over to Laughin Casinos or take the 8 mile senic drive

Sherry was an amazing host. She was very helpful and was easy to get a hold of. The place was very clean and organized and the whole check in and check out process was very easy. I definitely recommend to stay at her place.

It was an awesome experience. My family and I really enjoyed the house and easy access to the river. Our host was excellent and super communicative. The house was super spacious and had all the necessities we needed. Will come back for sure!

We had a very memorable 4th of July weekend with Family.The house had plenty of room for our family.Very clean house, plenty of appliances and pots n pans for when staying in and have a homemade meal. Sherry is a wonderful host and checked in to make sure all was going smoothly upon checking in.Definitely looking to book again in the near future.Thank you!

The home was amazing. Sherry was super helpful and made our stay so comfortable. This is the perfect summer vacation home. Amazing river view plenty of room for every occasion. I can’t say enough about this place. Extremely organized everything is easy to find very very clean. With out a doubt we will make this our to go place in the future. This home is exactly as described if not, even better. The views are beautiful and being out on the dock was a whole different experience. Upon check-in, the whole home was clean and organized. The hosts were very attentive, communicative, and responsive. We spoke briefly over the phone where everything was located which was essential to know for the remaining of our trip. The A/C helped keep us cool throughout the weekend which we appreciated as well. Our group had great memories created at this lake home, and I would recommend to anyone looking to book!

Great place for the river

Our family had a great time with this river vacation. Owner took care of the AC issue right away which made our stay comfortable since it was super hot at 122 outside. We would recommend this place and will be back whenever we go to the lake or river.

Awesome spot

We had a great time! House was clean and fully stocked. We had a leaky shower head and the owner got a plumber out there within hours! Owner stayed in constant communication and made everything easy. Cannot wait to go back!
