Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home on third floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 beds- queen size bed and a twin size. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We offer WIFI and Roku Smart TV.
Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip, friends getaway or a vacation by yourself. 5 grocery store options within 1-2 miles. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart, and 2 Publix. Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Beach wagon and chairs available for you to use.

CLEANING PROTOCOL
We professionally clean the rental before your arrival! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:

- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rental, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
- Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
- Just to be overly cautious, we limit in-person contact with all guests providing self checking with a code to enter the property. We've switched to text messaging and phone calls.

Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

**This rental is on the 3rd floor, stairs may be steep a little. (2 flights of stairs)

We had a great time staying here. I have four small kids, and we were able to make the walk to the beach without too many problems--about a 15 minute walk with a wagon and the beach stuff. The Bluebill Beach access was great--plenty of people but always some room. The unit itself was as advertised. A/C worked great; stores are very close for grocery trips. We would consider staying here again.

Clean property. Close to the beach, with bikes, beach chairs, etc. Manager responds to messages instantly.

Clean except for rugs. Should be informed there are 2 flights of stairs, one very narrow and steep. Not enough dinnerware for 6. Ceiling fans not working- I asked about it and received no response. Difficult to find minimal salt and pepper. Good location. Good beach stuff.

Cute and Cozy

Property was nice, but just know it is the attic (2 flights of stairs) and its not the Ritz Carlton :-). Owners have done a nice job with inexpensive things to make the place cozy. It would be tight for 6 people but it is possible. Its just a short walk to the beach and having the bikes was really nice since we weren't actually able to get the rental car we reserved.

Was a good stay since it was for 2 nights only. Kitchen was stocked well. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Carpet could be updated in living room. (Had a baby). Dining table cute set up. AC worked great every night. I would recommend it. Host answered messages quickly. Price was right!

Quick Weekend Getaway

Nice place...clean, convenient to lots of activities in the area. Owner was super helpful with accommodating us with unusual request on the dates.

Covid safe vacation but hard to check in

3rd floor walk up has good amenities ( no dishwasher) nice selection of bikes and beach stuff very close to a state park not overpopulated gorgeous beach with an absentee property owner who does not answer when you can’t check in. We lost a whole day of our trip.

My response rate is really fast, but if someone wants to reach me at 2am, I might not respond immediately, but I will respond first thing the next morning. All information is sent to each guest plenty of time prior the arrival date. Confirming with the host that you have everything you need is helpful.

Quaint Apartment

Was a very clean place inside. Outside there is a lot of trash. Could use some updating on porches and outside stairs and a paint job would make the outside more appealing. For the cost we paid for one night was a little disappointing. Was told 4 was check in and I couldn’t go earlier. We waited until 420 and the cleaning lady was still inside. But overall the apartment itself was cute. :-)

We are in contract to get the patio and outside painted, but we need to wait for the high season to end since nobody can be walking on the deck while painting. The landscaping is still in progress as we speak and should be completed within the next month. Waiting for plants to arrive.
