Family stay

A great home in a central location. We hosted multiple generations of family and everyone was comfortable throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. We look forward to returning!

Highly recommend Springs on the 11th

Had an amazing week long stay here. Spacious, clean and quiet/relaxing. Outdoor pool and all the games (billiards, fuse ball, shooting hoops)were a big hit!! Would stay here again 100%.

Family friendly home. Clean and had many fun games for the kids. The kitchen has an air fryer which was very nice. Host was kind and replied to all my messages in a timely manner.

Excellent

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. It was just as pictured and we didn’t want to leave. The area was nice and peaceful and everything was cleaned to our expectations. They even have a book that lets you know some things to do in the area if you’ve planned on getting out and seeing what the town has to offer. We would definitely return to this home when we come back that way.

4th of July Weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. I have two grandsons ages 10 and 12 and this place could not have been better! They utilized all of the games - basketball, pool, arcade, etc! The pool was refreshing in the heat, the kitchen appliances were well stocked (air fryer, instant pot, pans, utensils, etc.), and the beds were comfortable. If I had a question Mark responded immediately which I really appreciated. Hope to be back again soon!

Located on the golf course. Home was as pictured. AC worked well which was important in the heat. The host was quick with responses when asked a question. We did not use the kitchen much as we were here for an event at another property.

4 of us came from the North WA state to get warmed up the HVAC system was great The unheated swimming pool was a disappointment (WE knew it was unheated but had no idea how cold it would be)

Great Stay At The Springs on 11th!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great with access to many of the area hiking locations which was our primary reason for our trip. It is centrally located between Palm Springs to the west and hiking locations to the east, including the south entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, which is definitely less crowded and easy to get to. In terms of the amenties that the property offered, they were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't want for anything. There are plenty of areas to relax, and the games (pool table, pop-a-shot, foosball, etc) offered plenty of activities for our teen aged kids. The area is great too! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping very close by. We loved it and would stay here again if we come back to the area!

My friends and I loved this property for our little weekend getaway. It was clean and cute, we enjoyed the pool, the layout of the home is spacious, and the host was very friendly and communicative!
