This stunning retreat affords a great close to the village location in La Quinta, home to exciting annual events like Coachella, Stagecoach, BNP Paribas Open, La Quinta Arts Festival, Art on Main, and Polo. A perfect getaway at any time of year, this home also offers quick access to beautiful golf courses, superb hiking and biking trails, an abundance of chic downtown shops and restaurants. Casa Del Sol is the perfect place for an unforgettable getaway! Short walking distance to all of the village amenities and just steps to the La Quinta Village Park with beautiful walkways, ponds, waterfalls and beautiful landscaping! Enjoy the open, light and spacious feeling of the home where throughout you’ll find 8 foot doors and 10 foot ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen is open to the great room with a lovely view of the back flagstone patio, the pool and the entertainment area and fireplace. The master suite is a spacious bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and views of the lovely patio. The master bath has a beautiful walk in shower with glass block and custom designed tile. There is a 55 inch smart tv in the master as well. The second bedroom is well appointed with a walk in closet and queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has full size bed and desk. Please note the pool is not heated. Casa Del Sol accommodates up to 6 adults. Must be minimum age of 25 to reserve. Please note the pool is not heated, pets considered.

Nice clean house. It was very hot outside but with the AC and pool, we enjoyed our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. Would book again.

This is by far the nicest home, location and owners of any home in La Quinta. The only time we don’t stay here is when there’s no availability for our dates. It’s close to a park, community center and restaurants. You don’t need to get back in your car for anything if you choose - all of this is walking distance.

Absolutely gorgeous home that welcomed us and was the perfect place to spend our holiday touring Palm Springs and the nearby National Parks
Swimming every afternoon once we retuned from sightseeing for the day.
Joshua Tree National Park easily accessed from the home.
Palm Springs and all that there is to see and do

Property is really nice and quiet, when we got there there was ants on the kitchen counter and we kept finding old grapes on the floor like underneath the chairs, other than that it was really nice for a little staycation.

Outstanding Home

Good neighborhood, excellent floor plan, very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. It was one of the nicer homes we’ve stayed in using VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay, especially my 85 year old mum. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and we loved strolling the neighborhood. We were close to everything and would definitely seek out this rental again the future. The house was spotless and the amenities were great. The host was also very communicative.

Wonderful getaway in a desert dream

This place was wonderful! Pool is smaller than we thought and was in the front yard but it did the trick. This place had EVERYTHING you need and did not disappoint. Definitely a winner for a family!

Nice Property, Nice Area

We spent most of our time at the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, but the property was convenient and nice, as advertised. There is a park for running and walking and a nearby mini-town with little shops and boutiques.

House clean and quiet, comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen (K-cups, Nespresso pods, AND a French press!). Coffee by the pool while watching the mountains change color as the sun came up and the desert birds sang each morning was magical. We loved being able to walk to Old Town La Quinta for breakfast at Yes, Please! and dinner at Enzo's. The pool was welcome and refreshing during the 100 degree heat wave our first week. Our host was always quickly responsive to our questions. We're already planning our return trip.

We love this home for so many reasons! The open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings allows for plenty of light and feels so spacious! The french doors allow easy access to the pool and lovely back yard space as well. The stucco walls that surround the property gives you plenty of privacy and is very quiet with beautiful mountain views! And just steps to the beautiful La Quinta park for lovely strolls among beautifully landscaped trails with views of ponds and waterfalls. And we love being walking distance to the village where world class dining and shopping is in abundance! And during season there is Art on Main which Colleen participates as an artist and a lovely farmers market on Sundays! We know you will love Casa Del Sol as much as we do!
