Hi Stacie, Thanks so much sharing your stay experience. We greatly appreciate it and it helps us to improve our service levels. We are so glad you enjoyed the great central location of your vacation home and the comfortable beds. Our deepest apologies the smell from the business below disrupted your stay. They have applied solution to their drains to neutralize the smell. We hope you can visit again, soon. Sincerely, Guest Services Vacation Rental Collective

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are so glad the property and location hit the mark and that everything you needed was right on your doorstep. Having great shops and dining within walking distance really does make for such an enjoyable and easy stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for such thorough feedback! So glad the space lived up to the pictures and that you found the beds comfortable and the parking easy. And, hats off to you for mastering the fan management on those cool nights! We hear you on the trash, and it's a completely fair point, but sometimes the home may be vacant for a few days, leading to some less than awesome odors if the trash sticks around inside the home before housekeeping arrives. That said, we are so appreciative of your efforts to remove it! Thanks again for taking the time to share this, and we'd love to host you again!

Hi John, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the home’s modern conveniences, well-stocked kitchen, great location and especially the comfortable loft bedroom. It’s also wonderful to know that our team was responsive when questions or issues arose during your stay—that is something we truly value. We sincerely appreciate you bringing the additional details to our attention. We will be following up on the refrigerator ice maker and deck umbrella during our Fall preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. We have also inspected the downstairs bedroom, including the mattress and available storage, as guest comfort is always a priority for us and we will follow-up with the owner regarding consideration of a new mattress. We are so glad the gas grill was working well and that you were able to enjoy a dinner out on the deck. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the activity and noise from the property above. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where we can continue to improve. We are so pleased that, overall, you had an enjoyable visit, and we would be delighted to welcome you back to Ouray in the future! Sincerely, Guest Services Vacation Rental Collective
