This was our third time staying in Ouray, and we lived this location. It was quiet and peaceful, yet an easy walk to Main Street. The house was nicely equipped with everything one might need. We loved that it was dog friendly too. I would definitely stay there again while in Ouray.

Condo was as advertised. Mattress in the master could be replaced but other than that it was a perfect home base!!

A spacious condo with the perfect location in Ouray. We love the open space of the kitchen-dining room-living room. We walk every where right from the front door to access nearby hot springs, multitude of dining options and trails up or down the canyon. Cam and the team take great care to make sure the condo is well supplied and clean for the perfect home away from home.

Everything about the property was superb, it felt like home. Very clean, lots of space, kitchen was fully stocked. Wonderful communication with the host. The views are spectacular.

The location was great and the check-in process was so super smooth. The host gave excellent communication throughout. The condo was well stocked with everything we would need a little pricey, but we came in peak season. It was a great little place to stay while visiting our in-laws up the street.

This place was perfectly located to walk everywhere in town! From Box Canyon around the corner to the downtown strip with shops and restaurants, everything is walking distance. Had 2 nice sized bedrooms and all the amenities you’d expect. The carpet and decor was a bit dated and not super luxurious but in a mountain town that’s what you get! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and a crockpot! Coffeemaker is a pot (not Keurig) which is great when you’ve got multiple guests. The TV didn’t work for us, so we watched a DVD they provided! Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great option. We were in a bottom unit. Sat outside and watched hummingbirds. Deer munched on a neighbor's tree. Main street was a few blocks (uphill) and you come out near the end by some good coffee and food options. We walked to Box Canyon easily from the property. Beds were comfortable. We did find the rooms warm overnight, though angling the fan and having the windows open with the shade down helped a lot. The vrbo site wasn't sending automated communications but the host was quick and helpful as was the local contact.

Only two worn out pans in kitchen to cook with, worn out sofa bed, pillows, comforter and shams were obviously old, yellowed and likely not washed in a very long time.

This guest had zero communication with us prior to booking, after booking, and during her stay. She also left the condo a complete mess. We have a full assortment of pots and pans in each condo, sofas in all condos are less than two years old, and the bedding she refers to is less than six months old. As with any negative reviews we try to learn and grow, but if a guest has zero communication with us and says things that are factually untrue there’s just not much we can do about it. Onward and upward!

Great location

We were within easy walking distance of the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops and just far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The bedding was comfortable as well.
