Great amenities at this condo. We had 6 adults and 2 children so having a pack n play and high chair was very helpful. We brought our own beach toys but honestly didn’t need any because of the toys already there. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. Didn’t use the pool because the beach and water were perfect every day but loved the zero entry pool as an option. Overall fantastic time and definitely will come back.

This is a perfect location beautiful views easy walk to the beach with handicap accessible ramp to beach. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing Property for Our Trip!

This was an amazing place to stay for our family Christmas. Our oldest is stationed at Eglin and this was so close for him to come and stay with us. Spectacular views and comfy beds and couches to relax on. Used the oven to make traditional breakfast and bread for Christmas morning. Close to restaurants and other places. Really nice pool and access to the beach. Hot tub was out of order but the heated pool was nice. Would recommend to a large family to stay and we will stay here again.

Beautiful, unobstructed view of the gulf from the balcony. Our growing family is at 11 now. Plenty of room for everyone! Beautiful condo, beautiful beach, fabulous stay!

Great place to bring your kids and grandkids! Short walk to the beach and the views from the balcony were great!

Destin Beach Apartment Unit

Absolutely loved our experience here! Came here with a few friends and we really enjoyed the location and the unit. The view is stunning and the fact that it is on the beach was definitely a plus! Would love to come back.

Family beach Vacay

We had a blast! The condo was beautiful and very clean with plenty of space. Loved that each bedroom had a bath attached and the amenities were great. Super easy and efficient communication throughout the process.

Overall, it was a great experience. We would book again. Everything was clean and comfortable. The living room has plenty of space and seating with two couches and a chair. The dining room table was big enough for all six of us to eat at with room to spare.The beds were big and comfortable.The view was perfect. From the fifth floor, you don't even notice the pools from the balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs plus two chairs that can extend into lounge chairs. We spent lots of time on the balcony soaking in the view. The beach service was very convenient. The ocean water was a little cold, but our kids spent lots of time in the heated pool. Communication, check-in, and check-out were perfect. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at BLU 503 and definitely won't be our last! Everything was perfect! The condo/property is so clean and beautifully decorated. It's not overcrowded and the beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. It's like a little slice of heaven 😊 Can't wait to come back!

Florida Vacation

Absolutely enjoyable, wish the weather was warmer but Mother Nature doesn’t always adjust to your schedule. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
