Location, Location!! Only Steps to Froggies Boat Ramp and Bait dock
This is a cute home on stilts, in a great location, Just steps to Froggies Bait dock & Sisters gift shop. Walking distance to 5D steak house, Mamas Kitchen, and others. Tons of parking space. Enough room to accommodate several boat trailers and vehicles comfortably. Launch your boat at Froggies and park your truck/trailer at your front row, private parking, right at the house. You can relax on the front porch and enjoy watching all the activity at the boat ramp or hang out downstairs. You can walk to several of the nearby restaurants and shops or Take a short drive to the other shops and stores in the area. The beach is also just a short, few minute drive. Right down the block there is also a place that rents golf carts. The upstairs is the main living space in the home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom with vessel sinks granite countertop and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd upstairs bathroom has a vessel sink, granite countertop and tiled shower. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, wine fridge and granite countertops. There is also a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer. The dining room has a counter height table. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat and a 75" smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout the home and lots of windows to let in all the POC light. Outside, the porch runs the length of the house, faces the intracoastal waterway and has nice breezes with excellent views of the intracoastal, boatramp and froggies! The 4th bedroom is downstairs, it is the overflow "buddy room'. This bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, and adjoining bathroom. Outside the home downstairs is an octagon picnic table and a conversation table for hanging out visiting. This home is very conveniently located in P.O.C close to shopping, restaurants, and boat launch. Many places within walking distance. others are just a short drive. Enjoy your stay in Port O'Connor!

The location was great! There is a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and the bay. The home is well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. It is set up nicely to accommodate several people with private bedrooms and bathrooms. We will be back!

The location was perfect for our fishing trip, steps from the bait store and provided the perfect location for trucks and trailers. The house was wonderful as was the communication with the owner. Will be booking again in 2026.

Owners reach out to make sure check in went well. Property location is awesome if you are coming down to fish or just hang out. Super clean, well kept, and has everything you need for your stay. I will definitely be booking again for our next to POC.

The house was perfect size, very clean, with all of the key essentials, i.e. coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.. Plenty of room downstairs for trucks, boats, etc..
