Great location for early morning fishing trips out of Froggies. Plenty of parking on property and room to park your boat with ease. Nice amenities very good communication from owner. Easy check in and check out.

The location was perfect. It's definitely within walking distance to Froggy's and the boat launch area if you are hiring a local fishing guide. We really enjoyed our stay. We found everything to be to our liking and more. The place was very clean and very comfortable. I always say the bed at any of these type of short vacation stays is crucial to the outcome and this location did not disappoint. I got a solid 8 hours of sleep each night. We definitely felt like we were at home. We hope to stay there again soon.

The location was great! There is a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and the bay. The home is well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. It is set up nicely to accommodate several people with private bedrooms and bathrooms. We will be back!

The location was perfect for our fishing trip, steps from the bait store and provided the perfect location for trucks and trailers. The house was wonderful as was the communication with the owner. Will be booking again in 2026.

Owners reach out to make sure check in went well. Property location is awesome if you are coming down to fish or just hang out. Super clean, well kept, and has everything you need for your stay. I will definitely be booking again for our next to POC.

The house was perfect size, very clean, with all of the key essentials, i.e. coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.. Plenty of room downstairs for trucks, boats, etc..

Great spot to enjoy the entertainment of the boat launch and stage a great fishing trip! Great guides in the Area including 3rd coast casting.
